Moon Dreams Torremolinos - Adults Recommended

Our second stay at this lovely hotel. So close to everything you need in La Carihuela. The staff are wonderful. The pool area is lovely, with 2 sunbathing area's (another on the rooftop) rooms are lovely and most have a pool view with glimpses of the sea. Plenty of storage. Like most Spanish hotels a desk rather than dressing table but ample space in bathroom for cosmetics. If I could make 1 wish it would be for the pool water to be less cold but this isn't environmentally friendly so I accept it.

Loved our stay here. Small and quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our room was bright, airy and large. An extra bonus for us was that the hotel had given us a ground floor room with a wet room bathroom, which was more than we expected. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, both reception and cleaning. Hotel restaurant only serves breakfast, no evening meal but with local restaurants only 5 minutes walk away, that really wasn't a problem. It would be convenient if there had been some shelves in the bathroom for personal items. All in all we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it for a quiet relaxing break.

Everything was as advertised, the hotel staff were all very polite courteous and helpful, the rooms were kept spotless and the bed very comfortable and firm and the breakfast was excellent, will definitely stay here again. Rundle and Paddy

Lovely hotel with great location. We went to torremolinos for our daughters 18th birthday which we informed the hotel about before travelling. We chose rooms 110 & 111 which have the shared terrace the superior/deluxe rooms I'd recommend booking these rooms if away with family or friends they were lovely complete with espresso machine with coffee pods. The bathrooms were nice with a handheld & rainfall shower over the bath the rainfall shower was great. Everything about the hotel we found just to our liking a lovely modern bar with reasonable prices it cost us €16 for 2 glasses of wine, a vodka & coke & a 0% beer. I cannot comment on the pool as the weather unfortunately wasn't kind to us we also didn't book the spa however what I can comment on is the staff ALL of them at breakfast they were pleasant ,efficient & polite. The reception staff were lovely & made a fuss of the birthday girl they organised a lovely cake with 18 candles to surprise her with which was great . In her room they decorated with balloons, swan towels & a lovely hand written birthday card which was a lovely surprise & helped to make her big day extra special. Thank you to everyone involved in the birthday celebrations & surprises it was wonderful x Apart from those thanks just a big thankyou for (& I've said it a lot in this review) a lovely stay. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting torremolinos or surrounding area it was only a 2 minute walk to the promenade & then a 10 minute walk to the marina at benalmedina . My wife and I returned to this hotel recently. For two reasons. Firstly, the staff are all very professional and very friendly, and secondly this hotel is situated so close to everything. When you leave the hotel, walk along the street for approx 90 seconds, at which point you can walk down onto the promenade which takes approx 60 seconds. There you will find numerous restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. The walk along the promenade is flat, easy for anyone with mobility issues. We got the train from the airport to Montemar Alto which is 5 stops away and takes about 15mins. You do not need to buy a train ticket, you can just scan your credit / debit card. Costs about €1. Do remember to scan your credit / debit card when leaving the train station. We got an Uber to the hotel which was just under €7. It is a very steep walk downhill. Even though this hotel is handy to everything, it is also very restful. My wife and I will be returning.

We’ve been several times to this hotel and it is better each time. Clean rooms and modern facilities. It cannot be faulted. The staff are exceptionally good. We haven’t tried breakfast, but the bar is excellent for a pre or post dinner drink.
