Ich habe auf der Rezeption mit einem schrecklichen Personal zu tun. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Wir bekommen 2 Zimmer. Wir sind nach dem Abendessen zum Hotel angekommen. Einer der Schlüssel funktionierte nicht. Ich nahm es und ließ es bei der Lady auf der Rezeption und bat mich, den Schlüssel wieder zuzuweisen. Sie prüfte und mit einem scharfen Gesicht sagte, dass ”dies ist der Schlüssel zu den anderen Zimmern” . Obwohl wir bereits den anderen Zimmern auch geprüft haben, sagte ich OK, gehen Sie zurück und versuchen Sie es noch einmal, es funktionierte noch nicht. Dann kehren Sie wieder zur Rezeption. Es waren zwei Kunden, die vor der Rezeption warten. Ich entschuldige sie und sagte der Dame, dass dieser Schlüssel nicht funktioniert. Sie sagte, dass , mit einem Gesicht und einer Stimme , Als ob sie ein wütend und grausam angesichts der Lehrerin ist, die einen Stick geben wird! , ”Sie müssen vor diesen Kunden warten”. Sie versuchte zu befehlen. Obwohl ich mich entschuldigen den Leuten, die vor dem Tisch warten und meine Kinder auf unserer Schulter schliefen, hatten wir diesen Missbrauch. Ein Arbeiter kann nicht die Art und Weise einer Einrichtung widerspiegeln , aber dieser schreckliche und unzulässige Service ist die Schuld des Hotels. Ein Kunde ist der wichtigste Wert einer Einrichtung , und jeder arbeitet dafür, dass sie das wissen müssen. Das Ergebnis ”Sie hat den falschen Stein geschlagen !

Es una buena opción a muy buen precio. No tiene nada especial, pero cubre la necesidades de un alojamiento de paso en el que descansar: amplio, cómodo y silencioso. El baño era bastante nuevo y muy amplio. El servicio correcto. Tiene parking incluido en el precio (aunque hay bastante aparcamiento gratuito en la zona) y ofrecen desayunos (cajitas que te suben a la habitación). Una buena opción en la zona.

Das Personal und die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind sehr gut. Alles im Allgemeinen perfekt. Wir haben es sehr gefallen. Sie müssen ein wenig mehr die Badzimmer kontrollieren, die der Vater schmutzig war. Der Rest ist sehr gut. Die Rezeption Mädchen ein 10. Die Details des Kaffees 24 Stunden ist sehr gut. Es ist einfach zu parken und kostenlos. Wir sind sehr glücklich. Deshalb vermissen wir uns die schlechten Kommentare zuvor. Vielen Dank für alles

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

Fuimos por motivos familiares y nos encantó. Habitación con ducha muy limpia. Pagando un suplemento de 6 €, nos dieron una con neverita pequeña, snacks, caja fuerte, cuatro almohadas y aguas, se agradece. Por la noche cenamos unas hamburguesas espectaculares en el restaurante del hotel. Lo recomiendo. Encima, andando por un sendero muy limpio en la parte trasera, hay un Carrefour enorme y parada de tren cercanías.

Meine Frau und ich waren dieses Wochenende und der Eindruck war sehr gut. Die Behandlung der Mitarbeiter war exquisit. Das Zimmer sehr gut, mit einem großen Fernseher, ein modernes Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche und Regenschrank, wie neu. Außerdem hatten sie zwei Kuchenspiele, weich und hart, etwas ungewöhnliches. Wir hatten Frühstück und sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet mit vielfältiger und angemessener Art. Der große Außenpark mit Übernachtungen. 25 Minuten vom Prinz Pio-Gebiet, wo wir in Madrid bewegt sind. Wir werden endlich wieder an anderer Stelle kommen.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Es war gut für meine Bedürfnisse gelegen. Der Service war in Ordnung, die Zimmer waren funktional und sauber. Das Hauptrestaurant war ziemlich durchschnittlich und war für einen Abend und einen Morgen am Wochenende, an dem ich dort war, ausgebucht. Also musste ich alternative Arrangements für diese beiden Mahlzeiten finden. Es gibt eine Cafeteria mit dem Hotel verbunden, und das war gut. Der Service in der Cafeteria war gut, genauso wie der Kaffee.

L'hôtel est bien placé et très accessible, le long d'un axe routier sur la route entre Madrid et Ségovie à moins d'une heure de Madrid au pied des collines et non loin des stations de ski. Tout est fonctionnel, les chambres sont confortables et de bonnes dimension, et calmes malgré la proximité de la route, il y a un grand parking. Cela n'est pas un hôtel de charme, mais le rapport qualité/ prix est bon, il n'y a rien à redire.
