Great place with good restaurant attached. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of sweet or "salty" (savoury). Right on the edge of the piazza by the lake and close to the Puccini house and the theatre. When I was there they were rehearsing for the Festival which was magical to sit by the Lake and listen in the evening. Rooms were clean and modern, I would however ask for a double room with single occupancy in future as the singles are a little narrow for me.

The staff really made our 2 night stay here a marvellous experience. Special mention to Cedric. He was so helpful, hard working and always cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Room was on the small side but fine for a couple of nights. Our only criticism was that getting to the hotel from the station would have been much more pleasant if the hotel could have provided transport, for which we would have gladly paid a reasonable fee, rather than using local taxis which were ridiculously expensive for the distance. Too far to walk with luggage in the intense heat…It was the perfect location for the opera at the Puccini Festival. Highly recommended.

Esperienza indimenticabile!! Cerco sempre un posto speciale per questa nostra fuitina annuale, ci regaliamo due giorni all' anno da soli lontano dai figli per i nostri compleanni, perché distano un solo giorno l'uno dall' altro. All' arrivo siamo stati accolti piacevolmente dalla receptionist che ci ha offerto un prosecco, dopo siamo stati accompagnati in camera da Massimo, che è stato veramente bravo nell' intrattenimento, tra racconti e battute divertenti e delicatamente sarcastiche!! Molto consigliato a chi cerca un posto tranquillo lontano dai rumori e dalle routines giornaliere. Cena on suite da ristorante a 5 stelle, dolce di compleanno ottimo e colazione servita in camera.

Posto stupendo. L’accoglienza è bellissima, lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile anche per qualsiasi richiesta. Avevo fatto soggiorno con aperitivo, cena e colazione e devo dire che era tutto buonissimo. Hanno opzioni senza glutine quindi nessun problema. Davvero un posto dove vivere un weekend in relax, tranquillità, amore è completamente di stacco da ogni cosa. Esci di lì ti senti coccolato e rigenerato. Davvero un posto da favola. Consigliatissimo anche perché è bello poter aver il lago davanti e anche la vista é stupenda. Complimenti davvero.

Posso solo fare plauso al signore che ci accolto ..per resto il bidet non funzionava i bicchieri nella camera erano sporchi ..c erano ditate sullo scarico ..quindi non pulito ...poi la reception inqualificabile ..maleducati ...arroganti e mi hanno minacciato di denuncia Poi un vino trovato su internet a 15 euro ...me lo hanno fatto pagare 100 euro

Siamo stati benissimo, mia moglie si è addirittura emozionata per l’atmosfera appena entrati in camera. Musica romantica e candele, la sorpresa è riuscita. Camera pulitissima, mia moglie è paranoica e non ha trovato nulla fuori posto o sporco. Lenzuola profumate, personale gentile, sauna e idromassaggio top.

Volevo passare una serata speciale con il mio fidanzato per cominciare l’anno come si deve e questo posto mi è stato consigliato da amici che ormai sono clienti fissi. Non potevo fare scelta migliore. Siamo stati coccolati fin dal nostro arrivo in reception. La nostra suite è stata la fanciulla del west, una bomboniera accogliente, là pulizie impeccabile e i massaggi con pietre calde sono stati fantastici. La vasca parlano le foto: comodissima e spaziosa. Vorrei averne una a casa! Abbiamo cenato in suite con il menù Brezza Marina, delizioso dall’’antipasto al dolce. Non vedo l’ora di tornare a trovarvi, grazie di tutto!
