We chose this Inn because of the location and we wanted a relaxing break to start our vacation. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Raffaello at the front desk makes you feel like family and he takes care of everything you need. We booked the package that included dinner, cooking class and vineyard tour with wine tasting. Dinner was served in our room in takeout containers with a bottle of wine. It was tasty and we were glad to be able to eat in our room after a long day of traveling. We walked to breakfast and were amazed at the views from the vineyard where breakfast is served. Had a great breakfast (we ate too much!) and then took our cooking class with Helena which was fantastic. We made homemade gnocchi which we later got to eat for lunch. The vineyard is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We then had wine tasting with Carmelo which was also very good paired with our lunch. We then spent time at the Inns beautiful pool on the roof. Our stay was amazing and just what we needed! Only con was that we are too much food because it was very good! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle!

The location of the hotel is twofold - not in a very tidy area, but that's not the hotel's fault, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the port to catch a ferry to the Isle of Capri and there is a supermarket (with alcohol) just around the corner). It's a large hotel, with a huge foyer/lobby, which houses the reception area, a lounge (with a large TV), a bar and two central lifts - two lifts in a hotel; what a bonus!! The total area had retro furniture, but it was a little sterile, perhaps too cavernous and the bar was only open for limited hours. Notwithstanding that, the accommodation was good. A large room, comfortable bed, good shower, although perhaps the bathroom was a little small in proportion to the room, air con, safe, fridge and free wi-fi. No complaints whatsoever. The breakfast room/restaurant is on the top floor with a great view over the port and the Tyrrhenian Sea and on a clear day, you can sea Capri. It is an enormous room with some very large, round tables, which is great for a group of people to converse with each other, but with 14 and 30 seats respectively, perhaps just too big. Breakfast was good for cold options, although no orange juice or decent bread for toast. Our tour included dinner in the restaurant as well and that too, was very reasonable. All in all, a good stay for two nights.

Super freundliche und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal um tagsüber die alle mögliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen und dann die nötige Ruhe für die Erholung zu haben. Der Service ist super! Sie stehen für alle Bedürfnisse freundliche zur Verfügung und beraten die Gäste individuell. Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen gross genug und alle Dienstleistungen wie Bsp. Fitness Raum und Schwimmbäder waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ist wirklich nur zum empfehlen.

Siamo stati per due notti, prenotando in questa struttura, presso il palazzo Balsamo con colazione in terrazza. La stanza molto ampia e pulita ma carente di armadio, sostituito da un appendiabiti senza cassetti e nel bagno nessun gancio appendi asciugamani vicino ai sanitari e alla doccia. Colazione discreta e ampio parcheggio nel cortile dell'hotel che è a pochi passi sia dal Santuario che all'ingresso degli scavi.

Wenn Sie nicht fahren, bleib nicht hier. Terzigno ist eine isolierte Stadt, eine Stunde im Zug von Neapel. (Und der letzte Zug verlässt Neapel um ca. 8 Uhr, so dass Sie nicht erwarten, zumindest in der Lage sein, einen schönen Abend in Neapel zu haben und dann wieder zu schauen!) Die Unterkunft selbst ist gut. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Es gibt Dinge, die sich verbessern können; die Dusche war nutzlos. Ein Arbeitskühlschrank war angesichts des schlechten Nahrungsangebots unerlässlich - aber wie das WLAN, funktionierte nicht .... Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Die einzigen Objekte sind ein paar Kuchen/„Toast“ (alle in Packungen). Flaschensaft (Pfirsich - keine anderen Geschmacksempfehlungen) war schön. Es gibt einen Kaffeemacher in der Küche, der von einem vorherigen Benutzer überschwemmt wurde - der Hotelbesitzer/Manager sagte, das Wasser brauchte nur leer. Aber es gab keinen Sinken! Sehr hilfsbereit ... So gingen wir ohne. Es gibt überhaupt nichts frisches - keine Pfannkuchen, kein Brot, kein Obst, kein Joghurt. Es gibt unglaublich NO TAXIS in der ganzen Stadt. Es gibt kein Mobiltelefonsignal und das Hotel-WLAN funktionierte nicht ..... so ohne ein Auto sind Sie wirklich isoliert. Der Typ, der am anderen Ende der Whatsap-Nummer ausgegeben ist, war ein junger Block, der absolut keine Englisch überhaupt sprach. Es war sehr schwierig, überhaupt alles zu kommunizieren und ziemlich stressig. Die Immobilie sagte in einer E-Mail, bevor wir ankamen, dass sie Flughafentransfers anbieten - so sagten wir, wir würden gerne einen. Sie hatten nicht einmal das Problem, zu beantworten. Insgesamt, ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt und eine stressige Erfahrung werden wir nie wiederholen.

Ich habe mit der ganzen Familie in dieser Unterkunft geblieben. Wir haben vor allem von seiner Position profitiert, die uns ermöglicht hat, schnell und einfach zu den Zielen unseres Interesses zu verschieben: Napoli Zentrum, die herrliche Küste Sorrentin und Vesuvio. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind groß, einfach eingerichtet, aber nichts fehlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und verfügbar, wir haben auch Frühstück in der Bar des Hotels genossen und haben in seinem Restaurant gegessen. Sehr komfortabel kostenfreier Parkplatz. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erlaubt mir, dieses Hotel zu empfehlen.

Firstly the good things, this hotel was kept very clean and the staff were all very friendly and did help with the issues we experienced. The negatives: on arrival our room wasnt ready, we had left home at 07.30 in the morning, and arrived at the hotel 17.30, so an exhausting day travelling (as flying usually is) so to find that the room wasnt ready was not a great start. We had to sit in reception for approx 45 mins waiting. But the main problem for us was that the air conditioning was broken while we were there. The room we were in was on the ground floor, there was no pavement on the street outside so we had cars driving and parking right outside our window. Due to the broken air conditioning we needed to keep the window open to try to get some airflow, but this meant we had all the street noise and traffic fumes coming into the room. The hotel did move us to another room on a higher floor so we were away from the traffic fumes, unfortunately this room had the sun shining in all day and was even hotter than the first room. Again the staff were helpful and found us a fan to use which did help a bit. Our first room on the ground floor was not as nicely decorated as the second room, the first room was tatty and basic, so I think it will depend which room you get allocated as to how nice the room is. We had read reviews that the area is not nice, it was so much worse than we could have imagined - I have never seen so much rubbish piled up, its grubby, dirty and smelled of urine. I had thought a 25-30 minute walk into Naples would be ok, but we only did it once. Got the train thereafter to avoid the disgusting streets on the way in. The trains are surprisingly clean and pleasant compared to walking, once you work out the ticket system. The train station is approx a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There arent many place to eat near to the hotel, and they dont open in the evening until later around 8pm, which is later than we are used to. The hotel food was expensive was quite revolting, we only ate there once. They served a weird cold courgette dish and hard cubes of potato as the vegetable sides. So the rooms, the food, the broken air conditioning and the area surrounding the hotel spoilt our holiday. This was our first holiday together as a couple and we wanted it to be special so its doubly disappointing that the hotel was such a let down. If you want to visit Naples, I would suggest avoiding this hotel, find one closer to the centre where you can wander out of your hotel and be right in the heart of Naples, with all its eateries and coffee shops on your doorstep.

Sehr gute, günstige Lage

Ende Mai 2021 habe ich in der sieben Hostels geblieben und war von der Sauberkeit, der Qualität der einzelnen Zimmer und dem hohen Service des guten Hotels 3* erstaunt. Das Team ist auch wunderschön, Paolo wird immer da sein, um Ihnen seine gute Ratschläge als ehemaligen Touristenführer der Amalfitain Region, Francesca mit seiner Wohltätigkeit und seinen guten Geschäften mit den verschiedenen Partnern des Hostels, und auch nicht vergessen Der Rest des Personals lächeln, willkommen und vor allem zu hören, was Sie brauchen. Für mich wird es ein 5/5! Gehen Sie die Augen geschlossen!
