Tolles zentrales Hotel, mit historischem Kern und neuem Tower und wunderschönem Skylineblick.

Pro: Tolle Lage. Schöne Aussicht, geräumiges Zimmer. Komplette Ausstattung. Ich habe im 41. Stock übernachtet. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine und Starbucks. Starbucks liegt direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Kontra: Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut, und man muss zu Fuß zum Ausstiegsbereich gehen, wenn man mit Uber fährt. Es gibt einige Baustellen, daher kann Uber den Ausstiegsbereich nicht erreichen.

My family stayed in the One King West Hotel for nine days. The hygiene of my room needed much more improvement. I found that there’s no cleaning on the floor and consumable replenishment during our beginning five days of stay until we requested through front desk. The air con inside our room kept giving noise during change in temperature and made us wake up frequently. Overall, the service manner of staffs were very gentle and helpful when we raised our requests, good appreciation. Would suggest to our friends.

The receptionist was friendly. Check-in was seamless. The room assigned to me was as requested; I requested a room far away from the elevator, and they fulfilled it. I would like to see a proper breakfast buffet at the hotel in the future (they only have a cafeteria now). The location was within walking distance of Union Station, which was what I needed.

Lovely hotel in a heritage building! Front desk service was impeccable. Hospitality throughout the hotel was lovely!

The location is at the heart of financial district. The staffs are great and we found the overall experience memorable. I think it will be a great place to return again should I have the chance!

Excellent location just steps from King subway station and a short walk to Union Station. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and an amazing view (from top floor tower room). Bathroom was a bit tight.

Good location but room was dirty. Trash had peoples hair in and things in general wasn’t that clean. Also you can hear others as the door gap to hall is big.

The location and great and staff were efficient. However, the shower was so bad. The water was so hot even though I even tried to set it on cold/warm. The water burned my hands in the sink and the bottom of my feet in the showers. Ruined my night/morning and had to wait to go home to shower.

It was a good hotel and I just stayed at the historical suite which was comfortable at staying there. Thank you!

Had an amazing time at the One King West! Room was clean and spacious, and walking distance to many restaurants and bars!

The location is great, among shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small, with only a couple of couches to sit. There is a restaurant and bar in the restaurant as well, with tables and chairs but the division is not as clear between what is lounge area for hotel guests and restaurant seatings. We were waiting for our room to be serviced and my husband sat at a table to do some work on the labtop and only about 20% of the restaurant had customers with the remaining tables empty. He was approached by a couple of waitstaff and he explained that he's there to do some work and didn't want to order any food. At which point, a manager approached him and asked him to move to the sofa area and not occupy a table and he did and then the manager approached him again, asking what room are we staying in as well as other details. There's not much work/lounge space in the area at all. I feel that they could have let him sit at a table, considering many of the tables were not occupied. I've seen people sit there on a previous day with their laptops and not order anything. So it was kind of unpleasant that that happened. Also, our room had absolutely no natural light, which made it very depressing. I don't know if I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toronto.
