Schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens. Leider keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. 25 C$ die Nacht sind schon frech. Nebenan dann für 17 C$ die Nacht geparkt. Ansonsten Hotel OK.

I stayed at this hotel and while the room and location were fine, I’m very disappointed with the handling of my deposit. I followed all check-out procedures, but the deposit was never refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it’s affected my overall experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and resolves the issue, as this is not the level of service guests should expect.

Room is OK clean. Doesn't give toothbrush and slippers. Location-wise there is only few restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle was late for 30 mins.

Was only in late at night and left by nine in the morning. I thought parking was an extreme price for only 12 hours. I could not find a spot and it was full of snow. Perhaps keys could be left when people park there for aipork so they could clear it out. So much snow and ice that had not been cleared from storms a week ago...it was very hard to get to front entrance. Everything else was great

Great little hotel and in a good spot if you have to be at the airport quick.

Be warned parking is not included, even for the night of your hotel stay! They have a power gate arm that is glitchy just to get on the property. When I finally did get in, the parking lot was so packed I was lucky to get the last spot. There was nobody around for quite a while at the front desk. The guy looked like he'd been partying when he finally did come. Then you had to negotiate how much you would pay for parking! They have nice comfortable rooms that are very clean. There's no free coffee or anything in the lobby in the morning. Check out is at noon so that's handy.

The Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Free shuttle from and to the airport. I enjoyed my stay :)

Location is good. Shuttle service is excellent , very fast. Staff is very very friendly. Bus stop in front of the hotel, very convenient.

it was a great experience staying here. a bit far from city but highly recommeded if you have a rented car.

The hotel is located within 10min drive from Toronto airport, which is very convenient for transit passengers. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from airport every 30 minutes. The restaurant opens till 11pm and has a reasonable menu to choose from.  Overall, good experience as we only stayed for one night for our onward journey.

It was such great over there, the only thing they need to do to work more for room maintenance, the shower room is leaking water to the washroom floor. Thanks
