Sonder at Artesa

Everything about this apartment and setting is more than we had hoped for. Super friendly and helpful reception (thank you Malik for all the great recommendations on food and drink). Bright and clean and modern apartments with all the luxury accessories you need including a full kitchen, toiletries, detergent and very comfy bed with crisp cotton sheets. The balcony with city view is stunning. Great to sit out and just look at the sun rise (for those with jet lag), sun set and night time lights. Great that there are outdoor couches and table and chairs. The neighborhood is really cool. Queens Street West is well established and ossington is very new and happening with great bars and restaurants. We loved Soos which has a vegan menu. Mercato Is a block away from the apartment and great to pick up Italian deli foods that you can prep in the apartment if you feel like a night in. Really convenient for street cars and buses into town and out to high park as well. Thank you Sonder team. I'm glad to say we are back for another night before flying home.

I was skeptical at first to book here. It's not a hotel, and not an airbnb, it's basically the best of both worlds. Was happy that a 1 night stay was an option and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. 1 bed was too hard and the other was tight against the wall, but the balcony, 2 bathrooms and beautiful kitchen was still worth it. Appreciated the front desk in the lobby and staff was great. Location was ideal and although parking was an extra cost, it was worth it. I would come back here, it's a beautiful space to stay.

This was a great stay! Pleasantly surprised with how nice the place was and super easy to check in and the place was safe, clean, and staff was very nice! It was great to have a fridge and area to cook! Everything in the unit was very updated, highly recommend!

The ambience, room quality and service were all great, not to mention the amazing view. In particular, Atisha at reception was exceptional. Her professionalism and personality are top tier! I'd definitely return to stay with friends and family!

The apartment was wonderful. It included a patio, which was nice to sit and enjoy the skyline. The area has a really nice Italian mercado with coffee shop; it was close to Dundas street, Ossington street which has an infinite number of local restaurants and shops. It's also close enough to other areas like Yorkville where you can take a short Lyft or bus/train ride to. The staff at this complex were incredibly accommodating. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The only thing I would change is the fee for early/late checkin.

Really lovely room with enough space for the two of us to unpack and enjoy what Toronto has to offer. Clean and tidy and a lovely bottle of fizz for when we arrived. Codes to open the front door and room door meant we never needed to worry about any keys.

I had a pleasant stay at the Artesa! Alisha at the Front Desk always greeted us with a smile and provided us with information of events happening nearby. Unfortunately, during the evenings nobody was available at the Desk and I would appreciate seeing a personnel to ask questions as I was having issues with my code and took me sometime to get into the apartment.

Great location and very well equipped apartment.Peaceful neighbourhood, Metro supermarket is 2 minutes away and cafés and restaurants close by . Gym is located in the adjoining building and is well-equipped.Ideal for a log stay with family.

The unit was very clean and very comfortable and they were very accommodating in terms of late checkout and storing our luggage. Have never stayed at a Sonder property before but will definitely consider it for future travel. Sheets and towels could be softer, but acceptable nonetheless.
