Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Halle ist hoch ausgewählt und der Kopf ist wie Schneeblumen. Gemälde und Kunstwerke im Zimmer sind sehr groß. Das Bad ist Le Labo. und ein großes weißes Gebäude. Yorkville, der Stadt am höchsten Ende von Toronto. 400 Meter von der U-Bahn-Station Bloor-Yonge.

Die lokale Hotelzimmertyp-Hauptklasse ist ein großes Schlafzimmer. W bietet mehr Doppelzimmer, die für Kinder geeignet sind. Dies ist auch die Wahl damals. Aber der Name des ”Macro-Room” ist noch ein wenig unwahrscheinlich. Ich dachte, es wäre ein ”Macro-View” der Downtown Street, und das eigentliche Fenster ist ein großer Himmel auf drei Stockwerken. Sieh dir das Gebäude an, es sollte ein Fenster auf der Straße sein. Bitte erfahren Sie das im Voraus.

Beim Aufenthalt im Hotel informiert die Rezeption: Nichtalkoholische Getränke in der Minibar sind alle kostenlos, weil sie bereits im Voraus bezahlt wurden. Dann kamen einige Schmuck. In der Nacht wird die Tür geklaut und gefragt, ob Sie den Türbettdienst nicht brauchen. Es wurde gesagt, dass es zusätzliche Gebühren gibt: Fazilitätsgebühr 12 Messer, Nachbarschaft Mktg4.89 Messer. Dies ist der Aufenthalt, der erhoben werden muss.

Das Hotel ist awesome, aber zu schlecht hat uns das verbundene Zimmer nicht gegeben. Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Es wird sehr empfohlen, für die nächste Zeit zurückzukehren. Trotz wenig enttäuscht über die Hausaufbewahrung, nicht sehr gut sauber und nicht verändert das Bettblatt wurde am dritten Tag gesagt. Insgesamt war gute Lage und gute Qualität Hotel.

Bequeme Lage nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom U-Bahnhof, in der Nähe des Museums und der Universität entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr berühmt mit vielen Designer Geschäften, erwarten Sie, über 60CAD pro Person zu essen zu bezahlen. Bequem in einem schönen Aussehen*, nur war es ziemlich warm und nicht einfach, die AC-Temperatur zu ändern. Check in Prozess ist nicht die schnellste, aber einmal das alles gut gemacht.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da die U-Bahn-Linien 1 und 2 in der Nähe sind. Der Raum ist geräumig und hell und es gibt nicht viele Arten von Frühstück. Da der Essbereich nicht groß ist, kann man im Raum oben essen, was sehr ist Geeignet für Eltern-Kind-Reisen.

I was very impressed with this hotel since I used to stay at the hotel when it was the Intercontinental. They spruced it up a bit with some paint and lighter hallways but really it was the service that impressed me. All the staff I came in contact with were excellent. The room was bright and comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little old as the shower door felt like it would fall off it’s hinges and gone were the luxury soaps creams and shampoos from the IC. No frills but if you asked for a bathrobe they brought it up. Fridge was not working but the Nespresso machine was. Never ending great coffee was a big plus too. I tried room service twice as I was working in the room during the day and the food, while limited, was delicious. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel as the location can’t be beat as well.

The entrance is NOT on Yonge street. But the location is excellent and the customer service is amazing. It’s not a new hotel but is clean and big. I didn’t get to use it, but there is a laundry room on the first floor and it’s free for the guests! I highly recommend this hotel.
