Alles war gut, außer dass die Warteschlange zu lang war, die Check-in-Warteschlange war super langsam, jeder musste zehn Minuten lang einchecken, ich weiß nicht, warum ich der Schnellste war, aber es wurde in weniger als einer Minute gelöst Minute.

Die Lage war perfekt, ein Teil des Hotels wird gerade renoviert, also denken Sie daran. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer, das wir bekamen, war kürzlich renoviert worden und schön!

Was für ein wunderbares Hotel !!!! Sehr netter Empfang, alles wirkte gleich edel und komfortabel. Das Zimmer kann man nur als perfekt bezeichnen. Es hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war überaus gepflegt und sauber und den Ausblick kann man nur als grandios bezeichnen. Man sollte auf alle Fälle ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken erbitten. Wir waren im 16. Stock und schauten genau auf Toronto Downtown, seitlich grüßte der CN Tower. Das Zimmer hatte eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank, sowie eine Kaffeemaschine. Ein richtiges Aha Erlebnis gab es dann beim Indoor Pool. Der hat eine tolle Größe und war angenehm warm. Auf der Jacuzzi war toll. Am Besten hat uns gefallen, dass wir meist alles für uns allein hatten. Davon mal abgesehen, war auch hier alles sehr, sehr sauber. Und das Fitnesscenter hat seinen Namen echt verdient, die Geräte waren, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, von echter Studioqualität. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Parken, hier ist der Preis schon ein wenig zu hoch gegriffen. In der Nähe gibt es aber etwas günstigere Parkplätze.

Das Hotel befindet sich bei der UBahn King, etwa 800m von der Union Station entfernt. Supermärkte sowie Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind groß und wie eine Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Das Wlan funktioniert gut. Steckdosen gibt es einige. Nachttische gibt es. Die Temperatur ist individuell einstellbar. Das Bad ist schön, es gibt genug Ablagefläche. Die Dusche funktioniert aber leider ist der Duschhah befestigt. Handtücher gibt es, ebenso eine Steckdose im Bad Und einen Föhn. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und moderne Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Töpfen, Besteck (naja nicht so sauber). Es gibt einen Tv leider ohne Deutsche Programme, einen Safe gibt es auch. Es gibt einen Schrank inklusive Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Es gibt einen Sessel, einen Tisch und einen Schreibtischstuhl. Duschgel Shampoo & Conditioner sowie Mundwasser sind vorhanden. Das Betten ist angenehm und groß genug. Es gibt auch einen Ganzkörperspiegel. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber. Di Dusche sieht allerdings nicht sehr einladend aus. Man kann das Zimmer leider durch Vorhänge nicht ganz abdunkeln. Frühstück könnte man für ca 25 CAD hinzubuchen. Koffer kann man dort abstellen am Checkout-Tag. Late Checkout (normal 11) kostet 50 CAD bis 13 & 100 CAD bis 14 Uhr.

Stayed 2 nights to catch a baseball game! Cons - view was a empty parking garage, a bit noisy from hallway, just could hear doors closing loudly but our floor was still nice and quiet, and the make-up mirror was broken (so these were the only real cons) Pros - We loved it, Location is Fantastic, so close to Union Station 5 minute walk, close to Rogers Stadium, CN Tower, Aquarium & Harbourfront, we went for breakfast at the St Lawrence Market, a 20 second walk and then we also had a lovely 15 minute walk to the Distillery District. Staff were sooo friendly and accommodating! We only had one meal in the Cafe/Bistro, but it was great (Breakfast) and staff were sooo nice! Beds were comfy!!! Hotel and rooms were super clean! It really was a great place to stay, we will def stay there again!

Ich habe kürzlich eine Konferenz im Gibson Ballroom gehostet und das Personal war unglaublich flexible und aufmerksam. Die Catering war erstaunlich und das Eventpersonal sorgte dafür, dass wir alle Bedürfnisse aufpassen. Ich habe mit Cathy, Kimia, Alla und Kuga zusammengearbeitet, und sie waren alle sehr nett und professionell. Trotz eines Problems mit Heizung sorgte das Hotel dafür, dass geeignete Maßnahmen zur Lösung dieses Problems getroffen wurden. Die Veranstaltung war ein enormer Erfolg!

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, mit einem ** im ersten Stock, einem Theater und einer Pferderennbahn, was großartig ist! Das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind neu, sauber und hygienisch, die Transportmöglichkeiten sind bequem, es gibt eine kostenlose Tiefgarage und der Preis ist hoch!

Wir blieben im September beim DoubleTree vor dem Fliegen nach Griechenland und waren wirklich beeindruckt! Alles war sehr sauber und die Dekoration war modern und aktualisiert. Robert, unser Server bei der Taza Grill, war froh, mit zu reden, und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Joseph und das Front Desk Personal waren sehr freundlich und professionell und der Flughafenschiffführer Qurshi hatte ein wunderbares Humorgefühl und half, unsere Erfahrung zu einem wirklich angenehmen zu machen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein!
