Optisch schönes Hotel und einer top Lage, jedoch ist das Personal relativ langsam unaufmerksam und wirkt ungeschult. Die Zimmer sind schön, groß und sauber. Die Preise der Restaurants sind sehr hoch. Zur Info: das Hotel bietet keine Sport Aktivitäten an, jedoch hat das Fitnessstudio 24/7 geöffnet.

Das Frühstück und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, jedoch ist der Service sehr langsam und nicht aufmerksam. Zudem fehlt es leider an Personal, sodass man auch mal auf seine Getränke und sein Essen sehr lange wartet. Es macht den Eindruck, als ob das Personal nicht geschult ist.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und vor allem für die tollen Service bei BARUT a -wir haben uns immer sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Unser Zimmer mit Pool war schön und wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit - wir sehen uns wieder

Dieses Hotel ist ein kompletter Reinfall. Wer keinen Respekt vor der Menschheit hat, sollte kein Hotel eröffnen. Hier wird gerade 19. Mai eine Party gefeiert in der Öffentlichkeit mit einer Lautstärke, die wahrscheinlich in ganz Bodrum zu hören ist. Ich befinde mich im sehr guten und komfortablen Hotel neben an (Samara) wir haben nach 24 Uhr in der Nacht und diese Musik lässt mich nicht einschlafen. Schon mal was von einer Nachtruhe und nächsten Liebe gehört?! Werbung und Marketing mit Influencer:innen machen, schön und gut, aber ihr Susona Hotel übertreibt gerade eure Lage. Hilton hat eigentlich Klasse, aber das was gerade hier passiert ist unterstes Niveau! Schämt euch! In Deutschland würde ich die Polizei rufen. Alles hat seine Grenzen. Grüße Seda

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible time staying at this hotel - the rooms were absolutely gorgeous, the pools and restaurants were really wonderful and so well appointed, and the spa was FANTASTIC. Even better, every single staff member we interacted with was awesome and went above and beyond, from providing amazing restaurant recommendations in town, to coordinating transportation, to just being kind and hospitable in every way. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This original property of Hilton’s LXR assortment of top-end indulgence hotels, does not disappoint. We entered into a coaster world away from the dusty street approach outside, gated grounds ushered us into the luxury that awaited. Valet parking took care of our hired car, we were seated in the minimalist lobby while the friendly night desk manager took care of check in. Our rooms were absolutely stunning . The property is located in multiple duplex buildings each housing 3-4 spacious rooms. We were upgraded considerably at no additional cost to a premium twin room for our children and a spacious junior suite with separate dressing room and a bathroom with acres of marble. The bed was so comfortable and the pillow menu helpful but actually not required as a selection of different pillows were on the bed as standard. The restaurant served excellent breakfast included in the room rate. Dinner at the hotel was a little quiet for our pinning so we often ate out as taxis were cheap and easy to obtain, Türkbükü apps 20 mins away as a small seafront town is recommended for its carefree but beautiful and stylish dinner and cocktails venue on the seafront. Back at Susona days were spent either on the multiple private wooden jetty’s with sun beds allowing you to dive straight into the sea off your private jetty or at the family beach with huge Balinese daybeds or at Frankie beach club which encompasses large pool, bars restaurant boutique etc with live DJ, huge sunbeds here too. Housekeeping across the whole hotel is absolutely outstanding, service quiet and unobtrusive, cleanliness and hygiene top notch in public areas and bedrooms at all times. The gardens surrounding the hotel are a delight well stocked and perfectly maintained, as is the gym and spa. We would return in a heartbeat.

My recent stay at the Susona Bodrum was truly exceptional. From the stunning ocean views to the impeccable service, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The villa was a beautifully designed modern townhouse catering to our every need. The private pool and outdoor garden provided the perfect oasis to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The interior was tastefully appointed, with all the amenities for a luxurious getaway. However, what really made our stay so memorable was the incredible staff. Given my peanut allergy, I want to thank Baris Kaiserilioglu and Erick, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and safe. Their attentiveness and care were truly remarkable. The restaurant staff was equally impressive. They quickly accommodated my dietary needs and served delicious, peanut-free meals. I was even treated to a fascinating story from one of the servers about how he used to swim from his home to the hotel—it's little touches like this that make the Susona Bodrum feel like a truly unique and special place. At the end of the day, the people make a hotel great, and the team at the Susona Bodrum exemplifies warm, personalized service. Their kindness and dedication to ensuring my stay was perfect in every way truly set this hotel apart. I would enthusiastically recommend the Susona Bodrum to anyone seeking a paradise-like retreat. From the gorgeous facilities to the exceptional staff, this hotel offers an unparalleled experience I cannot wait to enjoy again.

I stayed at this hotel in October 2023 as an early birthday celebration with my girlfriend. Due to work currently, we can only see each other every three months. We working hoping for a positive, chill experience. I am also a Hilton Gold member that has stayed all across the Hilton family of hotels; but I have never been so poorly treated by the front office than at this property. I was cheated and taken advantage of by paying over 500 euros more for their sea view room category and then given a lower category that is almost 50% of the cost per night and has no view (photos below). I would like to clarify that my grievances are with the front office. Most of the property staff are friendly, highly competent, and hardworking. Two staff members who were particularly excellent were the gentleman Efe and restaurant supervisor Merve Bilir. They provided excellent service, were genuinely warm people that care about their customers, and are hard workers. They should be the managing the entire hotel Also the food at the resort is very good and on par with any of my stays at the Waldorf Astoria properties. We also enjoyed the spa, which is run by a separate company and provided a great hammam experience Negatives: -We were given the wrong room category. The room I booked was a “King premium sea view” with “panoramic” sea views. Their reservations page is very clear about the room in both photos and its description. Instead we got room 6 with a view of some trees, which was clearly a lower room category (photos below). I typically wouldn’t care if the price difference is minimal, but lower room categories at this hotel are nearly 50% less per night (240 to 270 euros per night while I paid over 500 euros per night). Over the course of the weekend, I ended up paying between 500 to 600 euros more than was necessary for a lower room When I went to the front desk to point this out and ask for a room change, the receptionists agreed with me that this was not the right room and they offered me a free dinner with alcohol included, but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us I agreed and left but didn’t feel that was fair compensation since a 130 euro dinner doesn’t make up for paying 500+ euros for the wrong room. When I came back a few hours later, I asked for a manager and the assistant manager Tarik came out to speak with me. He was completely dismissive and couldn’t care less for what I had to say. He didn’t apologize and seemed annoyed that I was speaking to him and tried to end the conversation as fast as possible. He then informed me that alcohol would not be included in the dinner after it was promised and while he was hurriedly walking away he said he would ask the head manager what else they could do. The receptionist felt bad and offered to send a bottle of wine. During the rest of our stay we never received a bottle of wine and Tarik never got back to us -Their beach club, Frankie, was closed for two full days for a wedding while we were
