Der schlimmste Urlaub überall. Verdreckt, ungenießbares Essen, dreckiges Geschirr, verdreckte Betten. Kaputtes Zimmer. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation wurde uns gedroht aus dem Hotel rausgeschmissen zu werden. Auch Reiseleiter war zwei Wochen nicht erreichbar. Dieses Hotel muss geschlossen werden. Dort wird grob fahrlässig gehandelt.

Schlechtes,ekliges und angeblich (5*) Hotel in dem ich je war und ich war schon in einigen 5 sterne hotels. Service: Katastrophe so viele unerfahrene stundenten arbeiter ohne lust und mit schlechter laune. Um bedient zu werden erwarten die ein trinkgeld und wenn fu nicht zahlst kommen die nicht. Die kriegen bestimmt sehr wenig geld! Zimmer: dreckig putzfrau kam in 8 tagen 1 mal. Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt kein Toilettenpapier garnichts! Vieles kaputt im zimmer! Der Whirlpool ist richtig dreckig! Braunes wasser kommt aus dem Wasserhahn. Essen: ist eher wie ein schlechtes 3 sterne hotel. Immer das selbe und die Qualität ist günstig. Hier werden die Gäste regelrecht verarscht in allen punkten! Strand: ist okay kann man gut entspannen Pool: wir haben einen Ausschlag bekommen am ganzen Körper. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN bezahlt lieber mehr oder geht in ein 3-4sterne hotel für das geld mit einer guten Bewertung.

Ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Eine ruhige Lage und eigene Bucht. Der Service ist ziemlich gut, das Personal nett und das Essen immer frisch. Einen ganz besonderen Dank auch Herrn Kadir, der für die Koordination der Gastronomie zuständig ist im Hotel Thor Exclusive.

10/10 staff, 10/10 food. Beautiful pool and really great big rooms. The hotel has a nice beach and the weather is always good hear. There isn't anything missing about this hotel. I definitely recommend it.

Firsly, I wanna be honest and show both the good side and the bad side. Good:- The Resturant guys were so respectful, specially the guys from Diyarbekir. In the receiption, there was a guy named Bazirgan was really helpful. The view and the food was good 👍 Cons:- There is a thief in the cleaning staff. They took 300 dolar in our purse inside our room, although we put (do not disturb) sign on the room!! We talked to the management, they told us the cameras do not work!! I think they were a part of the process! The hotel was nice, but I had the worst experience there unfortunately! Its not about the 300 dolar, it was about the non-supporting management team!

The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. At the counter a boy of less than 20 who can't help you with anything. No manager, no point of contact and no help. Everything in the room is dirty and old. Stains on the floor/table. Jacuzzi/shower and wc all rusted. Entire hotel smells like poo because of the bad sewage system, even in the kitchen!

We came to spend here in Thor a calming 1-week vacation, enjoying the nature and see and not having troubles with food/house utensils. We ordered a room with jacuzzi, but it was impossible to stay there: all the furniture inside was old, awful smell in the bathroom didn't let us stay there, the worst thing was undesired electromusic till the midnight exactly in front of the window of our room. The food was not good enough but we never were hungry. It was difficult to find here the English speaking personnel. On the 2d day we were lucky to get the other room, even bungalow, close to the sea. The cleaning service as it appeared was expected to come only 1 time in 3 days, we needed to find how to change towels and participated in Qwest to find new shampoos and shower gel. It was very disappointing when the bar (always open in evenings) was somehow closed for a wedding party on Sunday, with again a very loud music and impolite ask to leave the bar as it was closed for private party. We didn't understand why we should have troubles having paid quite a fortune for our week here and being treated as in late 90th in a cheap motel. Don't recommend at all to stay in this hotel for the full price. The only excuse is the clean sea and small bay near the beach.

Me and my friends were at the Thor hotel last week. At first moment we weren´t thrilled with the hotel. But thanks to the best staff of the hotel MEHMET ALI everything has changed. Mehmet Ali is the best. He will help you with everything and fulfiil everything you wish for. Thank you again for everything. Mehmet Ali will give you the best vacation at Hotel Thor.
