Ich habe meine Mutter mit nach Wuzhen genommen und mich für das Alila Hotel entschieden, weil meine Mutter gerne fotografiert und das Hotel und seine Umgebung daher gut als Check-in-Ort genutzt werden können. Es ist sehr fotogen. Machen Sie einfach ein Foto und es wird ein Kunstwerk sein. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels ist sehr begeistert. Der gesamte Prozess ist gut organisiert und leckeren Nachmittagstee, vielen Dank. Alle Artikel in der Minibar im Zimmer sind kostenlos und werden bei einer Verlängerung Ihres Aufenthalts wieder aufgefüllt. Darüber hinaus ist auch das Spa des Hotels sehr komfortabel und die Umgebung ist besser als in vielen Platin-Fünf-Sterne-Hotels! Es wird dringend empfohlen, hier zu übernachten, wenn Sie nach Wuzhen kommen.

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Die Toilette im Zimmer roch säuerlich. Ich weiß nicht, ob es nach toten Ratten oder nach Rattenkot riecht. Wirklich enttäuscht. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist niedrig. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Zustellbett. Der Nachname des Zimmermädchens ist Ge. Sehr höflich und freundlich, hat uns geholfen, die Dinge gut zu organisieren. Das Kind fiel hin und seine Finger schmerzten. Er kontaktierte sofort den Schalter und brachte Yunnan Baiyao. Volle Punktzahl für seinen persönlichen Service! Das Lustige ist, dass uns der Schalter beim Verlassen des Lokals aufforderte, das Yunnan Baiyao zurückzunehmen. Ich benutzte es immer noch und steckte es in meinen Koffer. Ich habe ihn gefragt, wie viel er wollte, und ich werde es dir jetzt bezahlen. Er dachte eine Weile nach. Wenn es in Ordnung ist, gebe ich es Ihnen und gebe uns eine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung. Gegen diesen Standpunkt kann ich nichts unternehmen. Ich möchte nur die Wahrheit sagen. Die Landschaft in Wuzhen ist ziemlich gut. Ich war schon einmal hier und werde kein zweites Mal kommen. Die Gepäckwagen, die für den Auf- und Abtransport verantwortlich sind. Manche Fahrer haben eine schlechte Einstellung. Manche Fahrer lächeln nur. Als Ausländer reisten wir zum ersten Mal an diese Orte und waren wirklich enttäuscht.

Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber, die geografische Lage ist auch sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr kalt und es gibt auch Früchte. Der Kellner ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker, insbesondere das Gesicht der heutigen Schale, ich kann zwei Schalen essen und zurück zu den ersten Wangfu-Auswahl Rachel

Der Parkplatz ist groß, der Parkplatz ist kostenlos, bequem, die Umgebung ist gut, die Zimmer sind sauber und sanitär, die Klimaanlage ist die Kraft, das ideale Hotel für Geschäftsunterkunft.

An absolutely delightful experience at Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Staff were amazingly attentive and welcoming. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Shanghai and I can confidently say their service is superior. Clubhouse is located in a very central location in Wuzhen so access to everything was super convenient. The restaurant food was one of the other highlight of the stay. Even if you don’t stay I highly recommend you make a special trip to their restaurant.

Great stay at Eden Club House. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The entire check-in process was smooth and hassle-free as our luggage was picked up by the staff at the service centre, and there was also a buggy ride that dropped us off directly at the hotel. We were served snacks and tea at the waiting area while the staff helped us with check-in paperwork. One of the staff also explained in detail to us about the various attractions nearby and which ones to visit first. We were also given complimentary pudding. Service during breakfast next day was fantastic as well. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the service was impeccable, on par with some of the best 5-star international hotel chains (or maybe even better). Will definitely recommend to all who are visiting Wuzhen. A big thank you to 小金 and 小许 for such a memorable stay at Eden Club House!

Hotel is manmain hot spring. Only certain period with natural hot spring water. Very good hotel with free upgrade as well from the front staff. The room is super stunning with many modern digital functions & garden view. The room service is also good. Can't believe in this small city also have such a good hotel.
