Luxurious stay at 恒益堂 with butler service, thoughtful and detailed services provided by the staff, fine dining style breakfast, afternoon tea and super comfy bed. Definitely worth it fof the high quality stay here!

The Service was AMAZING! Everything was great, hotel room was clean, new and comfortable/cozy. The breakfast was delicious, fruit was delicious. The vibe fits the theme park perfectly. Had one of the best service/experience here.

We had a positively delightful experience at Hengyi in 乌镇 thanks to our butler, 格桑. He was attentive and meticulous in service both in anticipating our needs and in responding to our requests. More significantly, after he helped us to take a family portrait, he surprised us with a framed photo of the photo taken in under an hour. I was however disappointed to find a soiled towel in the bathroom but our butler quickly had them replaced by the service crew. Ask for 格桑when in your stay at Hengyi. We’d definitely be back to Hengyi at 乌镇！Highly recommend!!!

From the moment we enter the doors of the hotel, our Butler Mrs.竹君 brings us a warm welcome and personalized service that is second to none. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure me and my family every need is met. They go out of their way to provide genuine hospitality, making us feel like a VIP during out stay. It is highly recommended one of the best hotel in wu zheng.

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Booked for a night to celebrate an anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to upgrade us to a gorgeous huge unit. The personal butler Xiaochen made contact via wechat two days before my arrival and sorted everything for us - restaurant recommendations and reservations, and tours and boat trips and driving instructions and maps - and answered all my questions. During our stay, she and hotel manager Kevin were very attentive and most thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. I particularly enjoyed their herbal sachet making activity. The evening turndown included a herbal foot bath which was very much appreciated after a long day of walking. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. Will return.

過年的第二張選擇了烏鎮，酒店怎麼會選擇這裏的呢～説來也應該是緣分，我一開始找的西柵很有名的烏絲大會館（大概叫這個），我看了點評發覺有人評論酒店突然壞了轉站這裏～我就搜尋了下～果然符合我的要求～然後又是一個零差評，那我更好奇了～我們來點評下～ 管家會提前聯繫你，告知你停車去哪裡，搖船接送（各贈送一次）我定的房間增值服務給你們參考下： 1、贈送西柵景區門票（4張）； 2、贈送烏村觀光遊門票（4張）； 3、贈送首次Minbar； 4、送房水果一份； 5、頌缽/手碟晨音體驗（預約後享用） 6、預留 VIP 停車位，免收停車費； 7、進店或離店遊船體驗一次（09:00-16:00 期間提供） 8、酒店早餐/ 遊船早餐體驗一次（體驗時間為 7:30或8:40） 9、管家服務； 10、送房下午茶（14:00-16:00）。 這家酒店衹有17間房間，相關的中餐廳有三家，這家酒店除了早餐有吃的，其他時間段都不提供吃食。 房間設施：唯一的缺點空調主板不能可控，有一天我發現我開了冷空調，制熱挑不出來這兩個字，我也納悶了，這也能消失。 早餐：套餐形式給你選擇，能吃飽～口味可圈可點，不夠可以再零點，不需要付費。黃魚麪淡而無味油，牛肉粉絲湯沒有牛肉的味道，鹹豆漿也不好吃。其他都還不錯～住了三天，早餐基本都吃了一遍。 衞生：馬桶上有粘稠物，看不見的角落還是有灰塵。 服務：服務是真的好。這個沒話説，泡腳桶，下午茶，都給你準備好，我説要洗衣服，管家提醒我集中點不是很乾凈，給我了洗衣液和晾衣架子～有求必應～還是相當不錯～ 總結：此酒店很安靜，但屬於烏鎮的盡頭，如果你要逛整個烏鎮的西柵可能要花費點時間的～不過去烏村很近～可以二刷，我老公也很滿意。雖有缺點，但能包容。

本人喜歡該酒店的原因：一是，南星管家的全方位管家服務到位；二是，我自己帶的戴森吹風機有點多餘了，酒店給配了；三是，我自己帶的一次性浴缸袋也沒用上，這裏也有；最後是滿意這裏的早餐，尤其有我愛吃的温泉蛋👍美中不足是下次來不會住一樓了（蘇園9）樓上的動靜太吵，影響我的睡眠。

怎麼説呢，會為了住這家店再來烏鎮！！！ 第二次來烏鎮，帶着爸媽，定了合院別墅。空間足夠大，一樓客廳，飯廳，廚房都有。二樓兩個卧室也都很大，一個主卧帶浴缸會更大一些。 硬件嘛好的酒店都大差不差，不用贅述了。但這家店的增值服務真的實用又貼心。坐船入住，贈木心美術館的票，下午茶和點心，夜床服務還送了泡腳桶，逛了一下午泡個腳太養生了🤣，第二天早飯我們選了船上用餐，很棒的體驗，最驚喜的是主動拍了全家福並且打印了送給我們，而且拍攝技術還很好！就這麼小的一件事，確實給我們很大的驚喜和感動。接送的小姐姐管家們很職業，我們想分擔一下行李她們都禮貌婉拒了，很敬業的拖着行李，還拿着酒店的大傘送我們到停車場。總之呢，這家店不是衹有硬件設施的空殼子，服務和專業度更是讓人驚喜。真希望能開遍全國啊！ 另外他家的餐廳“淡茶飯”菜品和服務也都很好。 完完全全超預期的一次體驗，感恩。 設施：全，好 衞生：極乾淨 環境：好 服務：完美 西柵景區門票成人票

這家酒店絕對是我目前為止住過的服務天花板。硬件咱就不誇了，畢竟有錢都能達到。這個軟件真是不服不行！這管理得付出多少心血呀。佩服！所有的細節都安排的非常到位，且十分有特色。每一位工作人員都讓人感覺到親切無比，我走到門口竟然有種到家的感覺！真是十二萬分的推薦，能做到全網無一差評決定是牛的，建議來烏鎮的真得來體驗一下！
