Wuzhen Club House – A Perfect One-Night Retreat I only stayed one night, but Wuzhen Club House turned a quick stop-over into a little holiday. From the moment I rolled my suitcase through the wooden gate, everything felt effortless. The room: I opened the door to a huge suite that felt twice the size of most hotels and the bathroom is excellent. Little touches during my stay with booking amazing restaurant for dinner and support me to arrange the taxi to go to station If you have even one night in Wuzhen, give it to Wuzhen Club House. I’m already plotting an excuse to come back for two.

Our stay at 盛庭行馆 was truly the highlight of our trip to Wuzhen. From the moment we checked in until after we left, our butler 露佳provided impeccable service and constant care. She checked in with us regularly, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. During our visit, I celebrated my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special — with a beautifully decorated room and a lovely cake. 露佳also gave excellent recommendations for local food and attractions, and made restaurant reservations for us effortlessly through messages. The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt both refined and welcoming. Although we visited during the Theater Festival and the town was quite crowded, the serenity and hospitality of 盛庭行馆 made it a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. I would absolutely choose to stay here again, perhaps at a quieter time, to enjoy even more of its charm.

The service was excellent. We were assigned a chaperone to fetch and assist us to check in and out. If not we will be lost. The room was cold especially the floor. I enjoy the hot bathtub . It will be good if centralised air con is changed to heater at this time of year. The breakfast was good. A lot of options. We opt for the special hotpot where we ate the craypot mutton set at a restaurant. It was good.

The hotel is a boutique hotel in Wuzhen Xizhia Area, right in the middle of the busy road, very convenient for everything, just note that it does not have river view at any of its room. The facilities might not be the best of the world, but the staff is the star and your best supporters you would ever find. Though their English is not fluent, they try their best to help us buy the bus tickets back to shanghai, they escorted us and delivered our luggage to the bus station, make sure that we can be supported by the bus driver before leaving. The breakfast is light but super yummy. Please do not hesitate, just book it for your stay!!!

Super great experience with great hospitality. The reception staff and manager are excellent. They even guide and walk us to our restaurant and bring us umbrella when it was raining. Perfect services standard

LOCATION GREAT. in the middle of Xizha. can walk anywhere. no need to leave park. Breakfast awesome, and v generous portions. Hotel hardware a bit dated (mind you it's a heritage property), can use some upgrade. Overall great.
