This is an absolute beautiful hotel. The rooms are huge, the hotel is spotless clean and the surrounding environment is cool overlooking Tongren City. Honestly this place is serious value.

The room is very clean and roomy. The breakfast serves both Chinese and Western styles of foods which are good. The service is excellent. I would like to make a special thank you to the manager, Mr. Liang Bao, He provides me many good information how to get to Fanjing Shan and Tongren Grand Canyon.

In terms of the ‘hard product’ this may be the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I was genuinely shocked at how wonderful it was and for such a low price. The room and bathroom were flawless and spotlessly clean, to the same standard as any international brand 5 star hotel and far exceeding any expectations I had. The outdoor swimming pool was a very welcome relief from the summer heat and humidity. Despite this, I did feel the service wasn’t to the same standard as the hotel. I had a negative experience when checking in, and with a phone call from the hotel in the following days, that, unfortunately, left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was also surprised that there was no one on the service desk of the pool and spa area to show us to the changing rooms or offer us any towels for swimming. This being said, I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tongren.

We are glad we chose this hotel. It is beautiful with a garden you can walk in upfront. The room was bigger than we had imagined with fancy gadgets and house keeping. Check in was a breeze. The front desk was friendly, helpful and resourceful. They helped us to find a driver to drive us. They also suggested places of interest that we could visit. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. The hotel is a little up a steep-ish cliff but its only like a 10 minutes endeavor. Taxis and didi's can come right up to the hotel. There's a bus stop literally by the hotel gate on the main road that can take you into town. The breakfast was the only down thing for us. Ir was very very chinese targeted. At least there was coffee! We would def stay again and bring our own drip coffee!

做為銅仁地區高標準的酒店，其服務落後於銅仁國賓館和錦江賓館，早上9:18分的早餐如圖：殘羹剩飯！請酒店解釋一下，為什麼早餐時間沒結束卻吃不到東西？我們付費中不是包含了早餐的服務嗎？ 酒店的床品很差，枕芯不知道用的什麼材質，兩個疊加睡下去完成撐不住脖子，睡了一夜脖子無比痠疼，太差了！

酒店很安靜，衞生也還可以，環境不錯，早餐也不錯。 除了屋子裡有點悶，剛開始會有點過熱，最後開窗户不開空調稍微好點。

時隔一個月，再次來到銅仁，依然選擇花果山榕信國際酒店，寬敞的停車場，安全方便。 酒店設施齊全，服務周到，尤其是酒店健身房配置科學，管理有序。 酒店早餐豐盛，應有盡有。 周邊美食還是推薦酒店後面下坡直行 500 米的“樹廚”，正宗貴州口味，好吃不貴。

環境：酒店的地理位置挺好的，在花果山上，周邊比較安靜。 酒店的性價比很好，比國賓館要優惠不少，房間比較大，設施齊全。我們在這家酒店和國賓館分別住了一天，雖有比較明顯的直觀對比。 酒店相較國賓館而言，主要差在早餐和服務上。 早餐種類少，服務冷漠，收盤也不及時，所謂中西都有，西餐也只是有麪包片而已。 前台服務冷漠，臉上沒有表情，不熱情和周到。 房間內電視小，衞生一般。

連住三晚，風景不錯，房間衞生乾淨，早餐品種不算多也還不錯。對比市裡其他酒店沒有那麼嘈雜，酒店周邊環境很喜歡下次還會再住

酒店位置很好，安靜，房間很乾凈。沿河走20分左右能到古城。工作人員服務很熱情，早餐種類多，中西結合。性價比很高，老公説下次還來這住

性價比很高的酒店，酒店給升級為行政江景房，江景視野無敵，房間超大，服務和設施有五星水平。酒店位置很好，走路下山可以經江邊走到古城，經過江邊健身步道可以感受本地人的慢生活。

設施：空調很老舊，對着床吹，聲音很吵！衹能調節風力（只有三檔）和温度；浴室電動窗簾是壞的，衹能手動拉；很多按鈕也不靈敏 環境：在山上，環境較好 交通：路是斷頭路，酒店在山上，打車記得提前打，因為銅仁不大，車還是比較好打的，都能打到，就是接駕時間久一點

一家人旅遊入住這家酒店，，整體入住體驗極佳。房間很寬敞明亮，床品非常舒適。酒店地勢較高，窗外視野開闊。健身房、游泳池都非常乾淨整潔，且使用起來很方便。員工們態度熱情、細心周到，提供了非常好的服務。自助早餐非常豐盛，尤其是粉和麪的配料。這裏的位置也很便利，酒店的性價比絕對高，強烈推薦這家酒店。
