Lamin greeted us at the door was very polite and professional helped us check with ease, and answered all questions we had. Think he is an asset to the business would highly recommended:) it was also very clean, tidy will definitely return xx

Very friendly staff. Super soft king size bed. Great shower. Good size room. Everything you needed. Very quiet. Restaurant next door serves great breakfast and evening meals. One tip, reserve a table for first night, as it can get busy. Would stay again.

I was very happy with the condition of the room i had. The hotel is located in a good location i was able to travel from the hotel and back with no transport issues. Ive booked the hotel with 2 of my friends they were also very happy with the booking, i will be booking again

ive stayed at the hotel for 4 days. the hotel is located in a good location. there is car Park access and I was very happy with the service i was provided with. quality of the room is good i had a good night sleep. there was no Noise disturbence. i will be booking again with this hotel.

We always loveit here. Parking plentiful, staff amazing, great priced , all inclusive breakfast, filling and delicious . We are never disappointed. Thoroughly recommended for a tasty breakfast, get in early and enjoy a leisurely pace. Food is fresh and nicely cooked.

Stayed here with a large booking for my dad’s 70th birthday surprise at Brands Hatch. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the man that checked us in on Saturday night, I think he was quite new, but he went above and beyond, made sure all our rooms that the family had booked for Sunday were close together. He had even sorted out a PI wow to place in my dad’s room on the Sunday morning once it had been cleaned to surprise him with when he came back from our day out. We then met Sue Sunday evening well Sue you are a true credit to premier inn your bright fun personality behind the reception desk is outstanding thank you very much, I am told the bottle of red wine went down very well when he came back to his room, it wasn’t to cold 😂😂. My only little moan was getting the hot water to work in the shower in room 11 wasn’t the easiest kept turning itself off. Thank you to all the staff for making our family feel so welcome for a special weekend
