"It was no hot water in the room during our stay. But this is not the worst. Jose on the front desk look in my eyes and said it is hot water. No attempt to resolve the situation. I talked to other guests, and they didn't have any problems. Jose told us that this is how it is supposed to be. Spoiled the entire stay. So, no shower for several days."

"We arrived early in the pouring rain. We were too early for check-in but luggage was taken with no hesitation. Check-in procedure was undertaken. We returned after the room was available. We had Room 13. Access was via a key pad- no keys necessary. We had a beautiful room with a small terrace area. The kitchen area had everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Microwave, coffee machine and induction hob. There were ample dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Everything was so clean and fresh. We had a quiet and undisturbed night. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet but we could not fault the selection available. Cereal, ham, cheese even small pastis de nata (or similar - which were lovely). Checkout was so easy and we were asked if we needed to leave luggage- always a bonus. We had a fabulous stay and we are  so sorry we booked only one night. We highly recommend staying here and we just wish we had used the available facilities more. What an absolutely fantastic place to stay."

"Perfekt. Super freundliches Personal, saubere und gut organisierte Unterkunft. Das Internet ist vielleicht nicht die beste Lösung, selbst wenn wir versucht haben, mit anderen Verbindungspunkten zuzugreifen, wir mussten TV angeschlossen haben, um das Internet zu haben, und die Klimaanlage war nicht stark genug für eine der Menschen, Für mich war es nicht mehr notwendig, aber ich verstehe, dass die andere Person sich am meisten beeinflusst fühlte."

"My wife and I have traveled extensively. This hotel is probably among the top values we have ever experienced. There are only a small number of rooms and all are recently updated and modernized. Because it is small, the staff seems to know everyone by name. Such friendliness even seemed to imbue other guests similarly. We loved the restaurant, spa and lobby bar. The restaurant menu was a bit limited but everything we tried was excellent. The hotel manager welcomed us on arrival and said farewell when we left. She was absolutely delightful and even stepped in to perform some concierge work when we had communication issues with a local tour. The only criticism I would offer relate to the spa. They require everyone wear a shower cap for hygiene reasons. Few people travel with caps but the hotel offers them for sale on check in. In addition, the in-room robes and slippers were only suitable for extremely small people. They were laughably small compared to our typical American frames. The slippers fell apart when first tried. This is an issue because the spa floor is dangerously slippery when wet. If you choose to try this gem, please book well in advance. It is new and I expect relatively undiscovered. I suspect that will change rapidly. "
