Use this hotel for the Marriott brand and Bonvoy membership. Clean and remodeled. But FOH at the desk during morning shift, including early afternoon couldn’t care less if you’re there, seems like they’d want to be anywhere but there, and you’re an inconvenience for interrupting the day. I noticed the late afternoon guest relations was so much more courteous observed with guests during check in. Check in - quick and efficient but no recognition of stays or status; just a small bag of water and candy as a gift. The bistro had decent options for snacks and food, standard across the brand which is consistent. Check out: same front of house, simple thanks and punch the keyboard and receipt in the inbox. No see you next time, safe travels, etc. I don’t ask for much in terms of customer service but if that’s the bare minimum of warmth, I’d rather interact with a kiosk. May try the other Marriott property in town next time.
