The property itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Most of the staff is very friendly and approachable. My real issue with this place is that they have a gym/pool area. It is locked for liability reasons because they had youth groups. My issue is that I had to call the front desk to open the gym pool area and it would take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after calling from my room. I’d have to walk to the front desk to remind them. The worst part is that they lock you in and you have to call to be let out and the other day, I waited half to 10 minutes to be let out. I complained about it and I was told it would be better but the same issue this morning. My concern is in case of an emergency, can’t get out. There’s no exit. My timing to the gym is very limited and it’s ridiculous that I would have to allocate extra time to go in and out. In addition, for lack of better words, it seems a bit ghetto that they don’t provide TV and AC remotes, blow dryers, or irons. You have to go to the front desk and leave an ID. This last time that I asked for a blow dryer I told the woman that I needed my ID so can she just make a note of it from my reservation, just seems ridiculous. I’ve never experienced that at another hotel. If the hotel has an issue with people stealing these items, they should have guests sign some thing that says if those items go missing there’s a charge. Lastly, it would be nice to have mini fridges and washer/dryer at the hotel.

The architecture of the hotel is particularly beautiful: very generous halls and sitting facilities give a feeling of space and luxury. Everything is obviously very new and corresponds to the newest technical standard. The bedrooms are also large and comfortable. Large working desk, light, wifi etc also provide easy possibilities to work in the room, if wished. For my taste there is only one negative point: apparently all rooms have only showers (no bathtub!!!). For people who love having a bath this is, of course, annoying. The situation is worsened by the fact that in hotels on the American continent there is not even a hand-held shower. I knew this detail from U.S. hotels, but I was hoping to find something better in Mexico, since in my opinion Mexico has more in common with Europe than the U.S.A. I am afraid I was wrong in this point. The staff was very, very friendly and helped in every way. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks, including - of course - typical Mexican dishes. The hotel has its own parking garage (no charge), which is locked during the night. It is possible to park the car directly or request valet parking, your choice. Toluca has an elevation of 2660 m (8060 ft). In March at night it can get cold. I was pleased to find out that the thermostat in the bedroom functioned also as a heater and provided a pleasant temperature. I hope I will have the occasion to go again to the Doubletree in Toluca.

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir waren 4 Nächte gemütlich und wir haben eine gute Rezeption, saubere Zimmer, komfortable Betten. Ich setzen nur 2 aber dieses Hotel, Der Service in Restaurant ist Sehr langsam und extrem teuer, obwohl die Platten waren gut Saison, wirklich tut es mir leid, den Service zu verlassen X, da ich viel zu wünschen übrig blieb. Das andere, was ich Ihnen schreiben möchte (obwohl wir nicht wirklich sehr betroffen sind) ist, dass Sie in Ihrem Zimmer nicht zusätzlich zu den Fernsehgeräten verbinden können, um Stream-Plattformen (Netflix, Prime, etc.) Im Allgemeinen war es eine dankbare Erfahrung, Ich würde dort wieder aufnehmen, ohne darüber nachzudenken

Ein schönes, schönes, sauberes, gutes Essen mit Frühstücksbuffet, das meiner Meinung nach gesunden Optionen (niedriger Kohlenhydrate, glutenfrei, Keto) benötigt. Eingeschlossene Parkplätze und gute Lage, um schnell zu dem dynamischen Forum zu kommen. Sehr gute Aufmerksamkeit, freundlichkeit und Betreuung.

Das Hotel ist schön, sauber, komfortabel, die Möbel der sehr schönen Zimmer, in der Linie. Ich glaube, das Hotel spricht noch viel von früheren Glorien, von seiner Verwandtschaft mit dem beliebten und ausgezeichneten Hotel Quinta des Königs der Av. Tollocan, seinem Mutterhaus, und kommt gefährlich zu Vernachlässigung und Mangel an Wartung. Zweifellos ist der beste Preis, großartig. Sie liegt sehr nahe dem Flughafen Toluca, die ohne Tasche, ohne Schnelligkeit und Tag kann man gehen, obwohl sie auf der anderen Seite liegt (unter Bezugnahme auf den Luftboward). Die Lage und die Umgebung sind böse, sie umgibt schmutzige, schmutzige, schwach aussehende, schmutzige, und sie ist nicht auf dem Luftboulevar, sondern 50 Meter in einer völlig unachtsamen Straße (in der Nacht ist die Tragödie sehr dunkel). 有規模的酒店，有meeting room and gym, 雖然只得4部機及啞鈴，但都很足夠，像是沒住客去用的，在1樓lift 左手暗門入，自己用才開燈，太空機運作很好，6:00 to 23:00 可用。房間舒適，很溫暖的感覺，電視很大，洗手間都大，雖然被安排在2樓尾房，是connective room, 晨早聽到隔離房的聲音，但都可接受的。感覺一般都被安排住2樓，因為2樓的lift 制被㩒到無色。5樓房層比較優雅。大堂是早餐範圍，很開陽。酒店位置超方便，shopping 及食店周圍都是，很有活力的城市。職員英文唔錯，在墨西哥來說，非4星級以上的酒店職員能英文溝通是很難得的事。

Me hospede una noche con mi familia y todo estuvo muy bien. Recibimos bien trato por parte del personal desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, habitaciones limpias que contaban con calefacción y amenidades. Si bien la comida del buffet no es muy variada tenía buen sazón y los platillos eran suficientes para comer bien.
