Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Toluca

First surprise was that the hotel name sign was having three letters out as of a cheap hotel which I thought might be due to recent earthquake and they will fix it during my stay (10+ days). The check-in was fast and good however I wanted to change my room as the first had a platform directly below it and the receptionists were very fast to address that issue fast. The room was clean and neat but the amenities were very limited (shower gel and shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer and towels) don’t expect slippers, shaving kit, dental kit or even coffee and tea; all of that has to be paid for separately and not sure that they even had slippers. The internet speed was ok. Breakfast is served to table after selecting from an online menu. I tried the laundry service and it was too slow where for regular clothes (nothing special) it took me three days to get back mine and I had called already four times and promised to have them (soon!) at the last time after I waited two hours I had to leave and casually asking the receptionist she handed them to me!! The gym has some good equipment for a nice workout, mostly cardio (stationary cycling, treadmill…) but had no towels and lighting is dimmer than normal. I’d say for there’re other alternatives for similar price and much better service.

Ich habe letzte Woche 7 Tage im Hotel mit meiner Frau und Tochter geblieben und viele Anfragen gemacht. Ich habe von Kevin und Alejandro auf dem Rezeptionstisch den besten Service erhalten, den ich in den Jahren erhalten habe. Immer so freundlich und respektvoll mit einem Lächeln auf ihren Gesichtern zu helfen. Viel Glückwunsch zu ihrem hervorragenden Dienst.

The architecture of the hotel is particularly beautiful: very generous halls and sitting facilities give a feeling of space and luxury. Everything is obviously very new and corresponds to the newest technical standard. The bedrooms are also large and comfortable. Large working desk, light, wifi etc also provide easy possibilities to work in the room, if wished. For my taste there is only one negative point: apparently all rooms have only showers (no bathtub!!!). For people who love having a bath this is, of course, annoying. The situation is worsened by the fact that in hotels on the American continent there is not even a hand-held shower. I knew this detail from U.S. hotels, but I was hoping to find something better in Mexico, since in my opinion Mexico has more in common with Europe than the U.S.A. I am afraid I was wrong in this point. The staff was very, very friendly and helped in every way. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks, including - of course - typical Mexican dishes. The hotel has its own parking garage (no charge), which is locked during the night. It is possible to park the car directly or request valet parking, your choice. Toluca has an elevation of 2660 m (8060 ft). In March at night it can get cold. I was pleased to find out that the thermostat in the bedroom functioned also as a heater and provided a pleasant temperature. I hope I will have the occasion to go again to the Doubletree in Toluca.

Gutes Hotel.

Ein schönes, schönes, sauberes, gutes Essen mit Frühstücksbuffet, das meiner Meinung nach gesunden Optionen (niedriger Kohlenhydrate, glutenfrei, Keto) benötigt. Eingeschlossene Parkplätze und gute Lage, um schnell zu dem dynamischen Forum zu kommen. Sehr gute Aufmerksamkeit, freundlichkeit und Betreuung.

Ausgezeichneter Service, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und sehr schöne Zimmer, übrigens mit Heizung , unsere Reservierung war nicht Frühstück, aber ohne zu denken wir würden zurück ... empfohlen auf 1000 %

Insgesamt ist es ein normales Hotel. Aber als ich zum ersten Mal auf der Rezeption war, war die Dame sehr schlecht. Ich arbeite an der Suppe und bediene den Kunden, und es scheint kein Lächeln auf meinem Gesicht zu sein, sehr wütend, und ich glaube nicht, dass er willkommen ist.

Das Hotel liegt in einer der Hauptarterien der Pflege und in wenigen Schritten von der Galerie Toluca (der Handelsplatz ist praktisch vorne), und ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für ein Wochenende in Toluca, sei es für Geschäfts- oder Vergnügenszwecke. Die Stadt ist 12 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und die Mobilität ist von hier aus sehr einfach. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und obwohl das Frühstück im Tarif etwas grundsätzlich (Frucht, Getreide, Joghurt, Brot, Chilaquiles und Eier, die im Buffet-Modus gebraten werden) am Tag gut anfangen kann, ist es doch ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Als Verbesserungspunkt würde ich sagen, dass im Korridor der zweiten Etage, der mit der Küche an der Seite steht, ein sehr durchdringender Geruch von Nahrung fast ständig erkennbar ist, was vielleicht beunruhigend sein kann. Ich würde empfehlen, Zimmer in einem anderen Stock oder im Turm auf der anderen Seite zu bestellen. Davon abgesehen, ist es eine ausgezeichnete Alternative für Gast**** in Toluca.
