由於天氣原因，決定臨時改道住在託蘭多連住兩個晚上，碰到遊行，凌晨12點才到酒店。酒店靠近教堂，停車場在酒店15分鐘左右的地方。酒店位置不錯，比較新，電熱毛巾架非常好用。帶孩子不佔床位，但被要求交費60-120歐元升級，但是最後還是給了普通房間，有點不愉快，第二天一個新前台通知我們不應該收費，60歐元全退。比較講道理，夠誠信，這點好評！另外不建議在酒店早餐，自己在超市買或吃麥當勞

What a lovely hotel this was! Ideally situated near the cathedral, but down a side street so you don't feel overwhelmed by all the crowds. The staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. Nothing was too much hassle. The room was extremely comfortable, and we had such a great night's sleep in the bed. The bathroom was stylish, and very well equipped. The room was a tad on the small size, with few places to store our large suitcase which made it even smaller. I would recommend looking at adding a vanity table, as when someone was using the bathroom, you had nowhere to sit and do makeup and hair. We used the spa, which was very pleasant, but had fewer amenities than other spas we have used in the past. We also used the gym, which was well equipped for our needs.

What a wonderful hotel. Created from 7 medieval houses, as you walk through you can see in the undercroft cisterns and other archaeological remains. Staff at reception were very helpful, providing map and suggestions on best things to see and do. Our room with a small terrace was a good size with an incredibly comfortable bed. The room was well furnished with a kettle, a coffee maker, robes and plenty of storage space. Our terrace had two chairs and a lovely view over the town and the hills in the distance. Bath had a monsoon shower over it and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was extra but was of a very high quality with a huge choice of breads, meats, cheese, salads as well as hot food. We didn't use the spa, too busy sightseeing. All in all a superb stay and value for money too. I would recommend that anyone with reduced mobility or with lots of luggage should contact the hotel when booking as the entrance is down a steep, very narrow road that taxis cannot enter, so have to stop outside the cathedral about 50 meters away.

The hotel has been created with exceptional sensitivity and imagination from seven old town houses, in the heart of the city hard by the cathedral. Our room "deluxe with views" had two windows giving a spectacular panorama of rooftops, mountains and monuments, lovely to wake to in morning sunshine. It was very spacious and could have done with some drawers and coat hooks, not to mention advice on how to switch beytween rain shower and hand held (tip: you have run the bath to then switch to hand shower). This is a fairly new hotel and staff try hard to sort out problems when they arise - special credit here to Maria. Breakfast is in a relaxed space with both natural and tasteful artificial light. Variety is strong but hot food in containers was lukewarm to cold, and the eggs made to order were run of the mill and in one case delivered very late without explanation or apology. Generally, service at breakfast is pleasant but uninspired. Overall a great place to stay in Toledo, and for now, value looks good too.

The property is amazing and the staff professional. One of the nicest hotels ever stayed at.

What a lovely hotel reconstructed from several old houses with interesting bits and pieces salvaged and incorporated into the decor. Our wood-beamed-ceiling room was laid out to give it a nice large feel. The amenities were amazing: robes, toothbrushes, comb, shaving cream and razor, chocolates, tea and coffee. The breakfast was lovely, too.

We stayed one night for New Years Eve / Day 23/24. Tucked down a little alley right opposite the cathedral, this hotel could not be better placed. Recently renovated from old houses, it has a charming, rustic, airy feel. Our room was very well appointed, with a huge en-suite, including a bath, shower, and a bidet. The staff at reception were very helpful, particularly with baggage prior to check in and after check out. The buffet style breakfast was unbelievable - every possible taste was catered for. Whether yoghurt, fresh or dried fruits, cheeses, salmon or charcuterie, toast (at least 7 different breads), or a hot breakfast of bacon and eggs. Amazing hotel, centrally located, and extremely well appointed.
