Schönes Hotel im Bahnhof. Allerdings ist Terminal 2 nach den Geschäftszeiten geschlossen. Man muss sich im Voraus mit Vorräten eindecken.

Der Self-Service-Check-in ist sehr praktisch, man muss nicht anstehen, sondern muss ihn selbst machen, aber es gibt Hotelpersonal, das einem beibringt, und man kann die Zimmerkarte sehr schnell, bequem und sauber erhalten , eine gute Wahl für die Durchreise.

Ich finde es sehr praktisch, dass das Hotel direkt am Flughafen liegt. Da der Transit lange dauert, habe ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Es liegt im zweiten Terminal von Haneda Airlines. Es gibt viele Souvenirs und leckeres Essen! Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zum und vom dritten Terminal, was sehr praktisch ist! Großer Anstoß!

The hotel’s reservations team are no better than robots. They will ignore all questions submitted through this portal so if you do have questions do ask the property directly. We stayed in a twin room and each bed was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 young kids under 6 who can stay free in the same bedding. The hotel is inside the terminal so extremely convenient. This information is not located anywhere else. The property is extremely strict with the cancellation policy - do not expect any human consideration especially if the hotel is at fault. I thank the hotel duty manager for understanding the problem. The breakfast very average do not pay the 3k yen to eat there.

Spacious for a three bedder. view was not much - see photo. super accessible as a transit hotel, airlines just right downstairs on second floor. shopping, food wise, shuttle bus is free (take it from a sign that says Airport Bus - shd be at a signage that says no.9) and you can take it to go to Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Found a few hairs in toilet hence the lower score. Toiletries given including shaving foam. If you have longer layovers, you can take train fr Haneda to town area (about 40min away). Else the various terminals shd have all u need for a quick layover.

The front desk staff Kim is very helpful and polite. The breakfast is with plenty of selections of choices. The location is very good because it's straight directly facing ANA check in counter. I highly recommend to everyone who needs to take domestic flight or any transition flight in Japan.

Near terminal 2 and convenient if you arrive late night

The location is very good, it is right at the end of the departure hall at T2. Room has sufficient space and is clean. Overall, it is a perfect place to stay for a morning flight at T2.

Fantastic location-attached to terminal 2 so ideal for an early morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the runway.

A regular at this hotel, extremely convenient location. Have used this for late arrivals and early departures at Haneda. Check in and out is automated and super efficient. The hotel is a bit dated but it is very clean and comfortable, has all the necessary amenities you need. Would highly recommend.

Hotel rooms was huge and it can fit 2-3 luggage trolleys. Hotel is great as it allows their guests to bring up and into the room. Lots of facilities and eating places around the hotel are available. Should give it a try and competed.

Hotel was strategically located within the airport so it was a convenient layover for an early morning flight.
