Will visit again this hotel,very clean very convenient，nice location

Cigarettes butts all over balcony. The cleaner did not clear them from the last stayer. Hand towel is stained and dirty. Very Expensive. Not good value for money. Unpleasant experience

Lovely amenities even though I did not get a chance to fully utilise them. The washer is the game changer, so are the bathroom supplies! Limited housekeeping is available for just towel change and trash cleaning! Great option for a quick housekeeping

Tokyu Stay Shibuya hotel is located near to Shinsen station but walking distance to Shibuya area. Check in time is 15:00hrs and check out time is 11:00hrs. This hotel features free wifi, 24-hour front desk services, terrace garden at level 9 and breakfast (only if you purchased) at level 1. One key notable feature is that there is a washing machine with dryer in your room. We stayed in a standard double room and is spacious enough for 3 luggage’s and there is still walking space. In addition to that, it also have a side table and chairs for you to have your snacks and food in the room. In terms of room facilities, it features a bathroom with bathtub and toilet cubicle. Hair dryer and there’s a mini bar fridge are also provided. There is also cooking induction for you to do some simple cooking with their provided pot, plates and utensils. At level 1, there is vending machines (chargeable) provided but there is one coffee machine (free) provided as well. There is like a lounge area for you to chit chat and have a coffee. There is also a convenience store or mini supermarket just opposite the hotel (24 hours) which you can do your purchases. Overall I very satisfied with the stay at this hotel, and really appreciate the higher floor due to me having a longer stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

Walkable distance from the busy Shibuya (around 10-15mins) yet at a quiet and peaceful location. An actual Supermarket is right opposite the hotel which is a bonus. The room is more spacious than the usual Tokyo rooms (we could open 2 large suitcases at the same time), the bed is comfortable and there is a nice shower with a bath. Walls are thick, we did not hear other customers. The reception staff spoke good English and kept our suitcases after we checked out. Would definitely stay here again next time.

房間挺新的，乾淨很重要。入住送了小禮物，看到有朋友一起，也送了禮物，很暖心。長住幾天非常推薦，有洗衣機、微波爐很實用，樓下超市採買也方便。步行去渋谷，和地鐵站也不遠，特別是神泉地鐵站，去鎌倉可以從這站出發。酒店更換毛巾和倒垃圾，不打掃也可以的。大堂自助咖啡很香。

地點在裏澀谷，要爬坡，離主要購物點有一段距離，優點鬧中取靜，對面就是24小時超市，樓下有一間營業時間極短且一週衹開幾天的兔子拉麪🍜非常好吃，走回來的路上也一路都是吃的，觀光客不多，都是本地年輕人外出輕鬆一下的聚餐氛圍。本人因為來回都約了車子，不然拖大行李大包小包的實在太艱難。房間比起住過的銀座東急Stay，雖然是近期開業，但感覺定位不同，更鎖定長住客。標配小廚房，冰箱很大還有冷庫可以買冰淇淋。有微波爐鍋子廚刀和砧板可以簡單弄點吃的。微波爐和洗衣機很便利。空調是獨立的，還有小陽台和鞋櫃。整體裝修就像在日本租小套房。 缺點是連住7天才打掃，期間衹換垃圾和補充乾淨毛巾，並且要在11點前把牌子貼門上才有；房費平均每晚逼近1500人民幣（含早），但床感覺很廉價，輕輕一碰就會挪動😂，就是2張單人床墊放在鐵架子上。早飯是最大的槽點，本來以為至少是在餐廳吃熱飯，結果是和式或西式的早餐，你要自己拿餐券去前台領。和食早餐數量限定，因為是當日生產的冷藏預製菜，領回房間自己按照説明微波加熱；西式的基本就是冷凍的麪包和罐頭湯品自己加熱。我第一天吃了和食的，主餐的鮭魚實在難吃，後面三天都不吃了。早飯的餐具也要按照規定在11點前剛到房門口，不然就不會收走了。總體來説各種為了節省人力成本的騷操作，不值這個房價，大概率不會再做回頭客。

最大的優點就是，類似於家庭公寓的酒店 房間裏有洗衣機和微波爐，還有餐具和電磁爐 非常適合家庭出行 有洗衣機真的是太方便了， 位置離澀谷地鐵站大概一公里多 很安靜，走一走很舒服 酒店對面就是一個超市 隔壁好像是個網紅拉麪館 反正看到有人排隊 如果重點是澀谷玩，很推薦住這裏

有24小時服務枱的酒店公寓，大堂有免費咖啡，很新很大好乾凈～服務熱情，鬧中得靜。唯一離涉谷站步行十來分鐘，且有石路和上坡，拉多行李注意～
