Super Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Bewertungen

Got a connecting room for family of 4 so its spacious and convenient with 2 toilets. Breakfast is provided with japanese and western selection. Bread, croissants, danish rolls and apple pies, rice, raw egg, seaweed soup and fruits are served daily and the hot dishes changes daily. Location wise is walking distance to train stations, malls and many restaurants and drug stores around. There is onsen in the hotel premises too.

If you really want to stay in Shinjuku this is a decent place. About ten minutes walk from the subway. Turn right out the door and take and immediate right and you will end up hitting a subway entrance. Staff is great but expect Shinjuku style guests.

I enjoyed my stay at Super Hotel as it was very convenient in the centre of Shinjuku, very convenient for me to arrange my itinerary accordingly.

Stay 6days but not so clean and good breakfast as before; but the location is really convenient

Good location and the complimentary public bath was nice. Room size is just nice and the bed is very comfortable.

與池袋超級酒店比，差距甚遠。温泉是輪換的，時間上安排上不行，池子也太小。房間小，飲料的時間也太短，品種也少。

직원들도 정말 친절하고 무료로 제공되는 조식도 괜찮고 위치 대비 가격도 정말 좋습니다 이후에 신주쿠에서 또 묵게되면 재투숙 할 것 같아요

We stayed here in 2017, so when we booked to travel to Tokyo again, we had no hesitation to book this hotel again. Everything was just as we remembered, small but comfortable rooms, the ladies still get toiletries, but these are given in one go in a bag based on how many days you are there for. It's 5 items per day, so I got 25 items - very useful things such as facemasks, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts etc. Breakfast was very plentiful with Japanese food and a few Western items such as bacon, eggs and pastries. There is also now a welcome bar for an hour in the evening. It's within walking distance of Shinjuku station (East exit) and Shinjuku itself is an amazing part of Tokyo! Very friendly staff too. Highly recommended!

The customer service at Super Hotel Shinjuku is excellent and certainly exceeded my expectations! Prompt response and very helpful. We booked 2 rooms via *********** last week for our stay coming up in 2023 but did not receive email confirmation for 1 of the rooms. *********** is SUPER UNHELPFUL and I wasted a lot of time trying to ask them to re-send the confirmation email, as simple as that. The customer service at the hotel has been so understanding and offer prompt replies and did all they can to assist me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to our stay later this year. Bravo to your staff!!

Great area, it was very close to the centre of Shinjuku and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. You pay a bit extra but it’s worth it for the location. It was small like most Japanese hotels but it was fine for one night and for one person.
