I enjoyed my stay at Super Hotel as it was very convenient in the centre of Shinjuku, very convenient for me to arrange my itinerary accordingly.

เป็นโรงแรมที่อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ได้ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวกสบาย ใกล้แหล่งช๊อปปิ้ง ใกล้ร้านอาหาร พนักงานสุภาพ อธิบายห้องพักทั้งรายละเอียดต่างๆได้ดี ห้องเล็กไปหน่อยแต่ก็มีอุปกรณ์ให้ครบคัน มีออนเซ็นเป็นเวลา ผู้ชายกับผู้หญิง เวลาเดินช๊อปป้งเมื่อยๆกลับมาแช่ ทำให้สบายตัวนอนหลับสบาย เป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆ แต่็มีใครครบ อาหารเช้าก็ฟรี

與池袋超級酒店比，差距甚遠。温泉是輪換的，時間上安排上不行，池子也太小。房間小，飲料的時間也太短，品種也少。

직원들도 정말 친절하고 무료로 제공되는 조식도 괜찮고 위치 대비 가격도 정말 좋습니다 이후에 신주쿠에서 또 묵게되면 재투숙 할 것 같아요

We stayed here in 2017, so when we booked to travel to Tokyo again, we had no hesitation to book this hotel again. Everything was just as we remembered, small but comfortable rooms, the ladies still get toiletries, but these are given in one go in a bag based on how many days you are there for. It's 5 items per day, so I got 25 items - very useful things such as facemasks, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts etc. Breakfast was very plentiful with Japanese food and a few Western items such as bacon, eggs and pastries. There is also now a welcome bar for an hour in the evening. It's within walking distance of Shinjuku station (East exit) and Shinjuku itself is an amazing part of Tokyo! Very friendly staff too. Highly recommended!

The customer service at Super Hotel Shinjuku is excellent and certainly exceeded my expectations! Prompt response and very helpful. We booked 2 rooms via *********** last week for our stay coming up in 2023 but did not receive email confirmation for 1 of the rooms. *********** is SUPER UNHELPFUL and I wasted a lot of time trying to ask them to re-send the confirmation email, as simple as that. The customer service at the hotel has been so understanding and offer prompt replies and did all they can to assist me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to our stay later this year. Bravo to your staff!!

Great area, it was very close to the centre of Shinjuku and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. You pay a bit extra but it’s worth it for the location. It was small like most Japanese hotels but it was fine for one night and for one person.

飯店的位置就在頂樓有哥吉拉的頭的那棟東寶大樓後方，距離最近的車站是西武新宿站，從車站的北口出來過個馬路，然後直直走不到3分鐘就到飯店，但如果從主要大站-JR新宿站的東口走來，可能會需要花上10分鐘，還要穿越人潮洶湧的歌舞伎町！ 歌舞伎町本來就有很多聲色場所，隔壁更是緊鄰大名鼎鼎的大久保公園，大概晚上八點多附近就已經有超多人聚集了，建議住這邊晚上出入飯店為了安全要結伴而行，尤其是女生！不過飯店到了夜間如果沒有櫃檯人員的話會將大門上鎖，需要按密碼才能進來，每個房間也都需要按專屬的密碼才能進去，會給旅人一些安全的感覺。 房間的部分訂到了一間大桌房，顧名思義就是房內的桌子特別大張，可能對於女生有很多化妝品要擺出來會比較方便吧，但是他們的房間大小基本上都是一樣的（約12平方米），所以相對的可以走動的空間就變小了，房間桌上有提供3種型號的充電頭，床邊也都附有USB插頭，有附一個小冰箱，廁所是一體成型附帶小浴缸及免治馬桶，廁所水龍頭的水可以直接飲用，飯店可是自豪的說這是健康的水，備品的部分只有洗髮乳、潤髮跟沐浴乳，其他如果有需要的話都放在1樓大廳，包括茶包，不得不提他們的綠茶粉超好喝的，另外還有枕頭浴袍等等的可以拿，都是Super他們的特色，每家分店都差不多啦！ 每次住Super最期待的就是隔天的免費早餐了，大概都會有個二到三道的熱菜，然後還有一大盆生菜沙拉，以及號稱他們家自製的麵包，當然也有各種咖啡茶和果汁囉！選擇雖然不多但都很美味呢！不過比較討厭的是，他們的供餐時間非常的短，只有兩小時7-9，再加上座位不多，沒辦法悠閒的吃。 這家分店另外有提供的兩個額外的免費服務，分別是迎賓酒吧和大浴場，但是這兩個服務都有時間性我們都沒有使用享受到，他們大浴場因為只有一間，所以有分男女使用時段，看看下次還有沒有機會囉！
