"Location is good, can walk from airport,has connecting path from terminal 1. Free shuttle bus from airport to hotel start from 3:30 pm. Reception was not nice, he didn’t try to help us with luggages, only shuttle bus driver was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room is smaller than I expected."

"The hotel lobby area looked really nice. Staff at check-in and did a good job. Hotel has 2 wings and we stayed in the Central one. We were disappointed when we opened the door to our room as it did look dated and was a huge contrast to the lobby and common areas. (See photo on furniture with obvious signs of wear and tear, didn’t expect to see this for the price point). Room was a good size with good-sized toilet and good amenities. Location was its plus point, especially if you have an early morning flight to catch.  There seemed to be some renovation going on at the lower floors. Hope they will update the room furnishings."

"Einfach & komfortable ⭐️ Der Ort lebt bis zu seinem Namen für es bietet Komfort nach einem langen Tag, kurz vor dem Urlaub endet. Ich habe eine letzte Minute Buchung gemacht und trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten, sie haben uns gebucht und dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und verständlich. Sie verstehen und sprechen Englisch. Comfort Hotel ist nur über Chubu Center International und bietet einen Weg, leicht zum Flughafen zu kommen, ohne zu müssen, um Taxigebühren zu verbringen. Das Frühstück war auch gut und hat uns geerntet bis unsere Flüge. Hinter dem Hotel können Sie den Klang von Luft und Wasser schätzen und es war ganz entspannend trotz des kalten. PS. Ich habe die beste Nachtschuhe auf ihrem Bett."

"The location further then expected luckily have shuttle service to the airport terminal. The staff were friendly but slightly inexperienced. We arrive before noon, would appreciate they would do the check-in process first even though the rooms were not ready. As the hotel location is slightly far, when we return later in the evening, very tired, it took more then 30min to complete the check-in procedure. Kindly look into the process and provide a better check-in experience. Thanks"

"Wanted a non smoking room but only had a smoking room left Good thing is the room really not so smelly and with a little fabric freshener the place don’t have the cigarettes smell Wide spread for breakfast but taste ok only There’s actually shuttle service to the airport though it’s actually quite nearby Nice view of sunrise too"

"Its fantastic airport if you want the shortest distance to get a night or two accommodation. Opposite and walk via the train station, 1 station from airport. Big AEON mall the other side with nice foods, supermarket and shops."

"So nahe Tokoname Station und Lawson. obwohl das Zimmer ein bisschen alt ist, aber es ist super nett. Der Reiniger braucht eine Änderung des Filters jedoch. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Übernachtungsaufenthalt"

"5 min walk from Tokoname station. Perfect if you have luggage and whatnot. Tokoname is also just 10 minutes away from chubu Centrair. Has manmade onsen so great for after a long days walk as well, complimentary breakfast included too."

"If you’re lucky, your roommates will know what to do with others. Everyone should know how to be quiet 🤫. The room is nice and comfortable to sleep in. You can turn on the ventilation fan in your private space, and there’s a USB charging port. However, you might hear people walking around or taking care of personal business in the early morning since there’s only a partition door. The bathroom has strong water pressure and is well-equipped with beauty accessories. There are lockers for storing your belongings. Next door, there’s a Family Mart, which is very convenient if you arrive late at night, don’t want to head into the city, or have flight early in the morning. However, you can only stay for 9 hours in normal bookings. Please kindly take care of personal matters or have your meal before check-in. The hotel is located on the lowest floor of the airport—just take the elevator down. However, for the men’s section, it might be more challenging than the women’s section because some people make noise while taking care of personal matters without consideration and there are instances of loud snoring."
