We booked this hotel for 5 nights; however, missed the first night due to my husband's flight arrival in Mexico City delayed arrival. It was too late to drive the 3.5 hours to Tlalpujahua. The hotel was very accommodating and there was no problem arriving a day late.
Upon arrival, we noticed that it was extremely quiet. It turns out there were only 3 guests (including us).
The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was that they turned off the hot water in the evening so a few times we ended up with cold showers. We notified the hotel staff and they did turn on the hot water so we could take showers.
Other than that, the hotel was comfortable and nice.

El lugar precioso, pero le faltan muchos servicios. No tiene restaurante, no hay tiendita donde puedas comprar refrescos, botanas etc. el servicio de reservaciones en forma directa es pésimo. Mucha infraestructura poco aprovechada. Anuncian restaurante y no tienen servicio sólo tienen las mesas muy bien adornadas sin servicio. Hay que avisar qué calienten el agua para bañarse

Pésimo lugar, nos toco un alacrán en las cobijas, el baño se tapa, no funciona la tina y no dan control para la televisión, además de que no lavan las cobijas qué entregan, pésima experiencia y malisima atención.

Nos gustaron las instalaciones, la limpieza y la seguridad.
Lo que no nos gustó es que no habían toallas en nuestras recámaras, en la noche no hay servicio de alimentos ni bebidas.

El hotel ofrece servicio de restaurante al hacer la reserva y al llegar dice que no hay. La habitación se reservó para 2 adultos y 3 niños, pagando la tarifa más alta y al llegar solo hay para 2 adultos y 2 niños, al preguntar dicen que el tercer niño duerma en la cama de los papás. Eso no fue lo reservado No hay nada para tomar en la habitación El costo es el doble de otro hotel de la zona y ni siquiera el wifi funciona

Pésimo, la habitación no tenía regadera, estaba descompuesta no nos pudimos bañar. Hace mucho frío y no tienen calefacción, solicite cobijas extras y no las llevaron. La tele no se ve puros puntos, no hay señal de wifi no llega a los cuartos. En la mañana no salía agua caliente ni en el lavabo. No hay nada cerca y no tienen restaurante. Un grave error reservar ahi
