Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

Ich habe gerade das Erdbeben von 7/09/21 in diesem Hotel angespielt, zeigte jeder seiner Mitarbeiter eine echte Pflege für seine Gäste, von Mädchen in Nervenkrisen, Unterstützung bei Anfragen aller Art und Logistik. Ich danke Alexia und Eduardo für die Wartung, die mich mit Material für eine Schlagzeile unterstützen. Sie blieben später auf mich, und ich konnte mir erkennen, wie sie ihre eigenen Angst vor der Bereitstellung von Wärme, Professionalität und Empathie für jeden der Gäste einseitig gemacht haben. Die Kellnerteams sind auch ein Juwel. Ich bedaure, dass ich nicht den Namen weiß, aber sie werden von ihrem Dienst anerkannt.

Ich blieb in der Nacht des 25. Oktober 2022 im Hotel Brasilia. Ich bezahlte 1.050 pesos für ein Zimmer im fünften Stock mit einem Einzelbett. Dies wurde auf 53.02 USD umgerechnet, als ich mit meiner Debitkarte bezahlt habe. Dies umfasste ein Frühstücksbuffet. Positives: In der Nähe von mehreren Busstationen. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und sicher. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, aber es war komfortable bis spät Morgen, als die Sonne das Zimmer erhitzt. Es gab viel heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Negative: Es gibt WiFi, aber das Signal war schwach und inkonsistent im Zimmer, in dem ich war. Es war besser im Restaurant. Ich hätte gern ein Fenster etwas mehr öffnen können, um in frischem Luft zu lassen. Ich verstehe Sicherheitsbedenken, aber ich mag auch gute Luftverkehrsdienste während ich schlafe.

Nicht das perfekte Szenario, aber mein Flug landete in Mexiko City bei 1.20 am. Ich kam in mein ursprüngliches Hotel, das technische Probleme hatte ihre PMS-System war abgestürzt, so dass sie nicht überprüfen konnten, die Menschen in oder aus. Ich dachte, es war ein großes günstiges Hotel. Große Zimmer und mit allem, was man braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist gut. Sehr nahe Rom Zentrum. Der Preis ist gut. Es gibt einen guten Kaffee vor. Sie haben einen Parkplatz und behalten Ihre Taschen, wenn Sie sie brauchen.

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Love it - the hotel is close to the metro a few stops away from the central square. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. Even so it is next to big road the sound proofing is good and you can sleep well. Room service is great too. No doubt I pick it again, if I come to CDMX.
