Location best in the city. The rooms are not maintained well. Has very bad odour and bathroom was not clean

no to this hotel…..this is my last visit to this hotel…..room/bathroom not clean….provides bath towels are too dirty to use….bathing kit not provided….food n room service is horrible

The property has been renovated to fresh rooms still water is leaking in taps. No drinking water is kept in the rooms. Towels are given only when asked for. Restaurant waiting time for food is too much. Two times during the stay lift stopped working.

Rooms are pathetic, very old bath towel provided, no service, smallest tv ever seen, very unhygienic kitchen, hardly 2 items for breakfast
