The hotel has a decent stay and maintains clean surroundings. The rooms are well-maintained and the staff is friendly and soft spoken. In all, - Located in the prime area of the city at Nandi Circle - Easy availability of taxis and buses for Tirumala - Also, offers good taxi service

extra bed 🛌 paid money but was not deployed at rooms on request we have paid for extra bed charges in room no 503 and 504. rooms were not cleaned lots of cob webs and spider ; towel quality not good ; bathrooms not clean 🧼

Non-attentive receptionist during checkin, rooms were stinking while check in, rooms were not changed despite of request, food was average and lots of scope to improve in hospitality. Not worth the money paid

Property is good and located centrally. Food is not good but ab udipi and many restaurents near by. Rooms are clean and good.

Susai treat as rowdy, he was not explained the room service bill, and complimentry water bottle charged, bathroom smelling. Towel very old.

Rooms are old, furniture is old. All furniture is worn out. Bathoroom had lots of small insects. Room has bad smell. Front desk crew do not have welcome smile.
