affordable price and clean place , friendly boss . check in anytime , walking distance to food stall , and airport is quiet far for walking , but there's alot of Tuk Tuk bike , they called it AUTO , can wave to them to ask for their service any time , can fit 2 person or 1 adult + 2 kids , price are ok . SR resident boss know few of them , you can ask him to book for you . travel to city's temple only cost about 400 rubees

It was a very nice experience, staff are very helpful, location is very good, you can visit various historical monuments for here with ease, like sri ranganath swamy temple, rock fort temple, brihadeeswara temple at thanjavur

AUSSEREM HAUSHYGIE! BÜRFET NICHT VORSITZEN !!! SCHWERDENDEN HOF, HAUSHYGIE !!! VORSITZEN VORSITZEN VORSITZEN!!!! WIRDST UNTERSTÜTZEN, HAUSHYGIE. Badezimmer Boden war mit Urin gefüttert. Wir reservierten für 3 Nächte ein Doppel-Ac-Zimmer an diesem Ort, bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem Cot, das mit 3 verschiedenen Einzelkotten, ungleiche Oberfläche kombiniert wurde, der Linen war schmutzig und hatte Punkte. Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster oder Ventilation. Wenn sie um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten wurden, hatten sie keine. Da wir das nicht erwartet hatten, haben wir die Buchung gebeten. Die sie verweigerten. Wir haben sogar gebeten, dass sie die Zahlung für eine Nacht nehmen und für die restlichen 2 Tage zurückkehren. Sie verweigerten, nicht hilfreich überhaupt. Sehr brutal, als ich diese herausstellte. Ich werde 0 Sternen gegeben, wenn möglich!!!!! NICHT HERBEITEN! Wir konnten hier nicht bleiben trotz der Tatsache, dass sie nicht unser Geld zurückgegeben haben, weil das Zimmer in sehr Form war. Wir mussten einen anderen Ort finden, um zu bleiben.

Executive Room Pros - Room and bathroom were clean (second room); lift available; few eateries nearby; TV with multiple channel selection; kettle available; coffee sachets; hot water available for bathroom Cons - No dental kit provided; hot water for bathing using bucket only - not supplied to the shower head; poor WiFi connection; Had a room mix up - was given a temporary room on the first night (first room) - the explanation given was the executive room was under maintenance - the temporary room given does not even have a room number, looked like accommodation for the hotel staff and cleanliness was poor; requested luggage pickup from room during check out - staff acknowledged, however, no action taken for almost twenty minutes - only collected the after being reminded the second time - staff need more training. Generally, a lot to improve.

We had booked directly at this hotel. This hotel in located near Chathram bus stand but in a narrow lane behind a popular jewellery show room - no parking whatsoever. People with cars (or even two wheelers) - give this hotel a miss. Even at the time of booking they made it clear that wifi would not be good. On arrival, the person at the front desk was busy on the phone and asked us to wait. Took a few minutes to check in. Handed us an AC remote and that was it. No person to help with luggage, no one to show how the controls in the room work etc. We had alerted them an hour before the arrival as it was a long trip and we were very tired. The room was not at all ready. No towels, no toiletries, no phone to call the front desk. You have to go in person for each and everything. He is always busy on the phone and makes you wait. He gave one towel grudgingly, though he knew we are two. Arrogant, uncaring attitude of the front desk guy spoiled our mood. Towels were worn and not in good shape - we decided to use our own. The room and bathroom looked clean, but there were cobwebs on the bathroom ventilator. The inside of the toilet bowl was filthy. Posting a picture here would be repulsive. There is only one plug point in the room for all your charging needs! If you need to switch on/off the lights, you have to get up from the bed - no controls on the headboard of the bed. Decent LED TV with a set top box and decent selection of channels. AC controls were not intuitive and takes some figuring out. Once done, the AC worked well and provided much needed relief from Trichy's sweltering heat. Bed was medium comfortable, pillows were lousy. What could have been a value for money hotel with good fittings etc is spoiled by poor service, poor design, cleanliness/maintenance and very poor guest relations. Avoid this place.
