There are no saloons enough to stay. After dinner there is no place to chat with friends and drink sonething. All is closed!

Excellent short stay. Hôtel was well situated with ski in ski out access in a fantastic resort. Everything within easy access. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind and approachable, answering all our questions helping with queries. Rooms were clean and very quiet. We stayed in a piste facing room and couldn’t hear anything.

Our family had the most fantastic stay here. The location and comfort is top notch and the service and food were superb! We loved it and would definitely return.

You can't beat the location of this hotel for a ski holiday - ski-in/out right on the nursery slope, with many lifts in the immediate vicinity, a ski rental shop next door and a reasonable enough boot room. The breakfast was great and the staff were all so friendly and really, really helpful. 10/10 to every one of them! Just a word of warning about the 2-bedroom 'Village & Mountain Suite'. We travelled with two teenagers (15, 19) and it was not big enough for the four of us. If the kids were smaller, it may have worked, but the 'Village' bedroom is really a room for one person or a very intimate couple - it's small and, despite what it says in the write-up, the bed is a small double that cannot be separated into twins. The bathroom in that room consists of a sink and shower which is at the foot of the bed with no door and no curtain. We made up the sofa in the slightly larger 'Mountain' bedroom for our son, but that meant our room was so cramped we struggled to move around - and there really is not enough storage for two people, let alone three. Thankfully, the wonderful hotel manager was able to help us book a third room for one of our teens, which was the only way it could have worked. Anyway, think about that if you're travelling with older kids: you might be better just taking two normal rooms than taking this particular suite. All in all, though, a super pick for slopes access, great staff and lovely views.

-The ‘Comfort Room’ (should be called cozy or cave) was so small that we couldn’t pass each other on any side of the bed and didn’t have enough shelf and hanging space to unpack. We had to ask for an upgrade for the 2nd day but the hotel made us wait until 3pm. This meant that we could not unpack until 3pm which ruined the day. -The restaurant was the worst experience and we felt unwelcome. We felt victimised by the restaurant staff. Maybe because we got to the hotel late and only just caught the kitchen open or more likely that we booked the dinner included ‘half board’ option. -The dinner included option added a fairly sizeable amount to the costs, however we concluded that the restaurant viewed us as money already in the bank and therefore, any passing trade or guests that were on the a la carte menu, should get the tables they wanted and get served first. One evening we were the first in the restaurant but certainly one of the last to be served. We waited 45 minutes before we were served. The half board menu only had 5 listed main courses, (2 were burgers, 1 chicken) which did not change all week. We decided to eat elsewhere twice. -The food quality was OK, it was the attitude of the staff the spoilt it for us. -The restaurant manager looked miserable and never smiled or said much. Whilst the young staff all added to the general feeling of contempt, we suspected that it must be coming from the manager who was setting the scene leading to a bad culture.

Upon our arrival, we encountered several concerns regarding the hotel's services and facilities. However, following a discussion with the Operations Manager Lelia, the matters were resolved promptly, efficiently, and in a manner that far exceeded our expectations in terms of speed and effectiveness. The rooms are both spacious and well-appointed, offering a high level of comfort and convenience. The staff are exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay is both welcoming and enjoyable. Regarding the dining experience, it can be succinctly described as superb. The quality of the food is of a good standard with plenty of it. Our sincere thanks are extended to the restaurant staff, particularly Flavio,Sarah and Stephanie for their outstanding service.
