首先，我是下午開完房間就去工作，晚上回來就問電梯在哪邊，服務員就一直追問我要我登記，我説我回房間我登記什麼，服務員説那你不知道電梯在哪裡，我説我下午開完房沒上樓不知道電梯在哪很正常不是麼？我很理解服務員的職責，那不能換一種溝通方式麼，讓人超級無語。
我想問無限密碼，拿起電話是沒聲音的，內線是壞的，我用手機撥打的前台電話。
其實也需要感謝前台幫我打印，我不小心拿走工作人員的電話人家也禮貌給我打電話，送回來態度也是好的。
工作沒有結束我也沒時間換酒店就進行了續住，晚上九點多回到房間，我想擦鼻涕，發現沒有放紙抽，洗完頭髮要吹乾，衞生間沒有電源，我想找服務員送點紙結果內線還沒修好，明明我續住的時候就告知也要維修一下。
酒店不設有早餐，插入房卡跟拔出房卡，智能語音都聲音特大，昨天晚上10點半下樓買東西拔下房卡歡迎下次預祝的聲音嚇**，拔一次響一次。無語😑

房間很乾凈，浴巾、洗臉巾都是單獨包裝消毒的，用着放心。
因為特殊情況需要延遲退房兩小時，給前台小姐姐溝通也幫忙了，走的時候還給我塞了一瓶水，服務態度非常好，非常專業，下次如果有機會來天津還住這裏。
