We had the most amazing stay here. The rooms were so tidy and bed was very comfortable. The staff (Fiona, David & Zara) went above and beyond for us and really made our stay special. Blown away by the friendly hospitality and couldn’t fault anything. Breakfast was delicious. Will one million percent stay here again.

Staff were lovely at this hotel. Check in and breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating. Hotel is in good location next to train station with large car park. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable enough. Not noisy. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

OMG THE STAFF. I could go on this whole review about how kind and amazing the staff is you seriously never get service like this anymore like I’ve never had any experience like this ever. Facilities top notch 2 - food fab ofc amazing stay, Fiona David and Zara were fab along with others seriously so brilliant

This is by far the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. The staff are amazing, Tracy and Nyomi make us feel like old friends when we arrive. The restaurant is superb. Lawrence, the chef on our first night was excellent. The team at Thurso are the best.

When we arrived we wish to relax and enjoy our short stay with my disability suffering from lots of pain the peace and quiet were critical but noise began when we are walk into our first day and it continued through into the night after 9:00 p.m. and on the second day and we were asked to move from our room instead of those being asked to stop their noise if not they will refund the money and ask them to leave.

Check in with no fuss, very friendly reception staff. Booked a meal in the Thyme Restaurant attached to the hotel. I was shown to my table and everything explained ( I was having a meal deal). The restaurant was clean, spacious and well lit. I was underneath a aircon unit which was blowing cold but this was rectified immediately without me asking or commenting, the staff anticipating in advance. The meal was cooked perfectly, all ingredients were hot (I think Hannah was the chef tonight). The service was good and Demi & Megan checked to make sure everything was ok.

Had a great stay and was impressed with the level of service and the staff were super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for demi megan and Hannah, will definitely be returning always nice to have a warm friendly welcome after a long journey

Great welcome very friendly clean tidy hotel staff were excellent and very helpful food was great and service was good also! Outside of hotel was also nice a clean with great parking! Would recommend this hotel, the people that were on shift were Demi, Hannah and Ross who couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating!
