Wir haben dieses Hotel für 14 Nächte mit der Familie geliebt. Das Team war sehr freundlich, professionell und freundlich. Das Team ging extra Kilometer, um unseren Aufenthalt zu erinnern. Das Restaurant war sehr nett. Aber das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Liebte ihre Kerala Paratta und Hühnerkurry. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Besonders wegen der schönen Mitarbeiter.

We have been staying often in this hotel during temple visit ,I consider this as one of top three hotels in Guruvayur,staff response is excellent ,food is class and authentic,room service exceptional and not to forget to have coffee from bean mug,Both the Chefs needs a word of appreciation and especially Shri Dinesh For the Italian delights and spring rolls……wow

We were really pleased with our stay at the Sterling Guruvayur. It is a very nice hotel, modern with all the facilities needed, and ideally situated for visiting Guruvayur Temple. The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. I must emphasize the hospitality offered to me and family by the Hotel General Manager, who made our booking, check-in and check-out effortless.

The Riverine Suites have some amazing suites facing the river. We had room B2 which arguably offered the best view of the Chalakudy rapids outside our balcony. The view of the river is panoramic and intimate. The roar of the river is a balm for the mind, and conducive to some serious meditation and thinking. The rooms themselves were furnished to a high standard, and the accommodation is extremely spacious. The manager Rajesh is an extremely courteous ***, trusting of clients and very sincere. The dining services were very prompt and of excellent quality. Food is prepared as requested by guests. The air-conditioning was excellent, and all room switches and controls were easy to use. We loved every minute of our stay here. Rajesh needs special mention for his excellent customer empathy. When it became clear that the card machine at the reception was not working, and we did not have enough change in our wallet to pay for the room rent, Rajesh had no hesitation in allowing us to pay be bank transfer later in the day well after we had checked out. It was lovely to be trusted in this fashion.

Ausgezeichnete Erfahrung im Hof von Marriott Kochi. Wir blieben nur 6 Stunden, bevor wir unseren Flug fangen konnten, aber diese 6 Stunden wurden sehr speziell von dem ausgezeichneten Service gemacht, den wir erhalten haben. Check-in war reibungslos und einfach. Das Front Desk & das Uhr Desk Personal war genügend freundlich, um unsere Taschen zu platzieren, gab uns Optionen für Lebensmittel & das Restaurant zuvor anzurufen, damit sie wissen, dass wir hungrig sind! Sie eröffneten das Buffet zuvor, um uns zu verpflegen. Restaurant ***ager Sarvana ging aus seinem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Tochter wie eine Prinzessin fühlt. Sie hat einen Komplimentarkuchen und sie haben ihre Gerichte für ihre Wunschliste gewöhnt. Chef Priyesh machte spezielle Pasta, die nicht im Buffet für uns war & machte frische Kerala ****tta & brachte es yo den Tisch selbst. Restaurantpersonal einschließlich Imran & alle wartenden Mitarbeiter im Restaurant machten uns zu Hause fühlen. Während wir in unser Zimmer gingen, arbeitete unsere Karte nicht & Hausbetreuungspersonal persönlich gingen zur Rezeption & hat uns neue Schlüssel. Sehr saubere, moderne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Ich möchte auch unseren Fahrer Benet schreien, um uns zu helfen, Portarpreise am Flughafen zu verhandeln und uns sicher und klingt für einen komplimentären Flughafen abzustürzen! Ich werde hier immer wieder sein, wenn ich aus Kochi fliege!

It is nice budget friendly hotel with decent facilities near kochi airport. Budget friendly comparing the other hotels situated near the airport. They provided a complementary pick up from the airport at mid night which was very helpful. The rooms are near and clean and was a big relief from tiresome journey. The breakfast was complementary and had decent number of options and most of the dishes were good. Hope they maintain the same standard.
