Welcome to The Sycamore Suites Unit A, the 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit located just steps from Journeyman Distillery and everything that beautiful Three Oaks, Michigan has to offer! This beautifully renovated unit has been thoughtfully updated with brand new kitchens & bathrooms so that you are your group can feel right at home. The building is split in half with Unit A & Unit B separated on either side. This listing give guests access to Unit A which is located on the left side of the building and has 2-bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The back deck that overlooks the fire-pit is a shared space. The unit includes an interior door that connects to Unit B, but it will remain locked and is not accessible during your stay. This door is only used when the entire home is booked as one unit. - Guests will have access to the entire Unit A side of the building and the back deck immediately outside of the kitchen door. Please note that the screened in porch area is only for use of Unit B. - Back yard fire pit area and the surrounding porch is a shared space between Unit A & Unit B. When using the fire pit area please be respectful of all neighbors. -Parking: Guests may use the driveway on the west side of the building or park in the street. Guests may not park in parking space by Unit B front door. - Cleanings that require cleanup of bodily fluid incur a $200 extra cleaning fee.
