Stay was average. Tap in the bathroom were not working properly. Bath towels not given. Food is ok. Because of the window problem room shifted and it take more time. I can give all over 2. 5 points out of 5.

Wir hatten kürzlich einen 3-Tage- und 3-Nacht-Unterkunft im Wohnturm Trivandrum reserviert. Dies war das zweite Mal, dass wir in den Wohnturm reserviert hatten, das erste war 5 Jahre zurück. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber gepflegt und das Essen ist sehr gut. Vor allem das Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir einen Unfall, wo meine ältere Mutter aus dem Bett fiel und ihr Kopf auf der Seitentisch geschlagen. Der Schnitt war tief und es blutete tief. Wir riefen die Rezeption für Hilfe an und der ***-Gegner (Herr Vishnu) kam unverzüglich in unser Zimmer mit einem Ersthilfe-Kit. Er schlug mit Hilfe eines seiner Kollegen ein gutes Krankenhaus in der Nähe und wir nahmen unsere Mutter dorthin. Der ***-Ager war bei uns die ganze Zeit im Krankenhaus und bezahlte alle Rechnungen (die wir später zurückzahlten ) und bekam alle verordneten Medikamente. Er war bei uns, bis wir wieder in unser Zimmer waren. Es war beeindruckend, wie schnell sie reagierten, dachte an ein Krankenhaus mit einer CT-Scan-Anlage (da es eine Kopfschädigung war) und nahme die Situation vollständig überwunden, als wir alle besorgt und für meine Mutter sorgten. Obwohl es unsere letzte Nacht war, war der ***-Gegner so freundlich und sorgfältig genug, um uns ein extra gleitendes Bett zu geben, so dass meine Mutter etwas extra Raum und schlafen friedlich ohne sich um das Auslaufen aus dem Bett zu besorgen. Diese Art von Dienstleistungen, besonders in schwierigen Zeiten, sagen wirklich viel über die Betreuung ihrer Kunden. Wir als ganze Familie sind wirklich dankbar für das Personal der Residence Towers, insbesondere Mr. Vishnu. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in Trivandrum.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

Great value for money. The apartment offers clean, spacious units at affordable price. Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.
