Hotel Hycinth is strategically located fairly close to Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway station and at an easily reachable distance from most of the tourist attractions like zoo, museums, heritage buildings and the world’s richest Hindu temple, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Apart from the above, most of the state Government Offices are situated in the vicinity. During my one week stay at Hycinth, I had found that the entire staff, right from the security, reception, room service and the restaurant were very friendly and convivial. Not to forget our event coordinator, Mr. Jaganath, who had gone an extra mile in showing and explaining all the amenities and services available for the guests during their stay in that well designed, contentedly serviced peaceful ambience of the property. Though the place is surrounded by a thick jungle of concrete, the reasonable stretch of greenery within the compound, is an added attraction to those who love nature. On all the seven days, I could experience and savour the delicious and healthy food provided at the Jade restaurant on the ground floor. The buffet menu was so vast that an average person will find it tough to even sample all the items in one go. The ever-pleasing staff members in the restaurant were more than willing to help us with freshly prepared choice food apart from the numerous items available at the counter. It was a treat that will warm the cockles of both, food lovers and healthy eaters. The highlight of Hycinth on weekend was the live music while enjoying the favourite food ***** with your loved ones, in the highly spirited and dynamic ambience of Jade Restaurant I ***** with my wife enjoyed and relished every moment spent in Hycinth and those memories will be cherished for ever.

Feedback: Poor service during layovers. In twin-sharing rooms, basic amenities like towels and toiletries are always provided for just one person, despite repeated complaints. Room service is slow, food is delivered cold, and specific requests (like ginger in tea) are ignored even after multiple reminders. Overall, disappointing hospitality.

If you value thoroughly trained staff and expect exceptional service stay at the Hycinth Hotel and be ready to be spoilt and pampered. From the word get go- we had Winona and the GM Mr Sinha greet us. That was enough to give me a clue as to what this hotel is all about. The staff at the restaurants are detail-driven. The food quality and taste- faultless. The poolside service is exceptional!The housekeeping quality is top class and clockwork!! Everyone cares, everyone is appreciated and all I can say is congratulations! This is a well-oiled, well -run hotel with a superlative team!!

It was a beautiful experience. We travelled there for a wedding. We found the service v good, v prompt indeed. The buffer breakfast is v good, and staff are so obliging and friendly. The spa is good too. Good choice of therapies including Ayurvedic body massages
