Ehrlich muss ich sagen, das ich schon ein bisschen aufgeregt war alleine nach Indien zu reisen, aber mein Körper bat mich so sehr mir eine Auszeit zu nehmen und ich hatte soviel gutes über Ajurveda Behandlungen gehört, ***er beschloss ich mir im Niraamaya ein 14 tägiges Retreat zu gönnen. Einmal angekommen war ich natürlich auch erst einmal über den Hafen ganz in der Nähe erschrocken, aber ich hatte ein tolles kleines Cottage auf der anderen Seite des Resorts, mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den goldenen Sandstrand und als ganz besonders Spektakel holten am morgen die Fischer vor meinen Augen auf traditionelle Weise ihren Fang ein ☺️. ***er war der Hafen schnell vergessen und das war sogar ganz schön die kleinen Lichter in der Nacht blitzen zu sehen. Ganz besonders hervorheben muss ich die Menschen, die in diesem Resort arbeiten und einem mit einer unglaublichen Warmherzigkeit begegnen, auch meine täglichen Ajurveda Anwendungen waren großartig, so dass es mir nach der Anfangsmüdigkeit schon bald viel besser ging. Die gute Seele des Resorts ist wohl Unni der Yoga-Master, der es vermag sich auf jeden seiner Schüler und auch auf die anderen Gäste einzulassen und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gibt. In seine Erkundungen sollte *** unbedingt einen Povaar Backwatertrip, eine Besichtigung des Pad***abha Swami Tempels und ein shopping an der Lighthousebeach mit einplanen. To make a long story short: I have had a wonderful stay and the Ajurveda treatment over 14days was a great experience. A big “Thank you so much to all of the Niraamaya stuff!!!!”

The place was good, pocket-friendly and neat. It is a km away from varkala helipad. The walk is not tiresome. On the way, we had options to choose between food spots. The room is pretty spacious. The staff were not annoying or disturbing. Good place.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

Ein Traum - einfach ein Traum! Der Süden Indiens und insbesondere der Bundesstaat Kerala sind ein Traum. Wir dachten anfangs, was will *** da anschauen, aber es gibt so viel zu sehen und in Trivandrum oder Thiruvananthapuram muss *** auch nach Süden bis an die Südspitze und dort auch mal einen Tag verbringen (dauert 3 Stunden oneway zu fahren für 150 km —＞ beschissene Straße) Das Hotel hat einen Tollen/genialen Pool. Etwas wenig Sonnenschirme und ein Fitness/Gym in der Form des Apple-Stores von Bangkok *lach* und sehr fein und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war der Himmel. Ich habe so gut wie daheim geschlafen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und echt hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich und wussten am zweiten Tag wer wir sind und welchen Saft, Tee und Kaffee wir mögen und haben dann auch schon das Dosa für uns bestellt. Wir haben den Fahrer auch hier wieder über das Hotel gebucht und wir können das nur empfehlen. Dann weiß *** wer auf einen wartet und wer einen fährt. Kerala ist schon besser wie Goa und auch ein Tick besser wie Tamil Nadu, aber nachts muss *** aufpassen wo *** hindappt. Die haben in den Bodsteinen ab und an Riesengullis verbaut, dass das Regenwasser vom Monsum auch gut abfließen kann und bis Ende März lässt es sich bei 35 Grad auch gut ertragen. Vorsicht *** ist nur 3 Grad nördlich des Äquators und damit einen sehr starken Sonne ausgesetzt. *** ist schnell verbrannt. Selbst mit Sonnenschutz 30 … da muss dann ein 50er drauf. Da ich auch zum arbeiten dort war, habe ich zwei Tage die Suite gar nicht nutzen können, aber dafür mein Mann umso schöner genießen können. Da wir unseren Hochzeitstag dort verbracht haben, hat *** uns einen Kuchen hingestellt, Pralinen und einen tollen Blumenstraß. Wir wären gerne noch bissi länger geblieben.

Schönes zeitgenössisches Hotel, sehr gute Lage,Ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen, Frühstück und Service exemplarisch. Anmerkungswerte Punkte:inhaus schnell Waschservice,inhaussalon,spa. Fitnesszentrum war weitgehend ressourcenreich. Das Frontbüropersonal, Hauspflege waren alles großartig. Namen zu erwähnen Shaila Shaleem Rajesh Prasob Viele andere im Frühstücksrestaurant, die ausgezeichnet waren. Service ist, was es funktioniert.

Ausgezeichnete Pflege, zum Zeitpunkt ich buchte ohne Zahlung ich rufe einfach das Hotel für die Bestätigung .Astonishing die Bestätigung haben gemacht.I bin erst kommen, so dass ich sehr zufrieden und auch danke von meinem ❤️

No welcome drink which set the tone for bad start. Went for a quick lunch to Mynt before a pre booked city tour and there was nothing quick about it. Ordered ala carte and even though we were told sandwiches could take 20-25 min, we ordered them with time to spare only to be disappointed with one arriving after 35 min and the other as we were ready to leave. This had to be packed as a takeaway. Return to the room after being out to find that there was no turn down service and no replenishment of room supplies. Called to request items and it took 3 calls and more than 1 hour to receive. I am still here for one more night, together with our elderly family members and I can only hope that someone sees this and makes some substantial changes to help redeem our holiday. The only positives so far was the door men, luggage porter at entrance, bell hop and in-person front desk. We did receive a complimentary snack at lunch but would have much preferred a quicker service.
