Location is ok. The ac in our room did not work. There was no technician awailable, he was to come from some other town. The windows of the room cannot be closed properly as the hook is mising. The wifi speed is very poor.

Food: not everything in menu available but still staff courteous enough to customise. Breakfast have only one item as buffet, yet staff was courteous to make another one on request. Overall ok experience with food. Suggestion: to inform guests one night before what is in breakfast next day, especially those who are paying breakfast complimentary through mmt. Amenities: room was spacious. Twin bed room and king sized bed rooms both were good. Had almirahs. Both hot and cold water was there in bathroom. Hair dryer was also there. Had coffee satchets and one water as complimentary. Services : staff was polite and we'll mannered. They are courteous to guests.
