Hotels mit Pools in Thermi

I stayed in room 202 for 1 night January 1, 2023. My room was located on the main level with a view of the main interstate highway. My bed had 2 twin very comfortable beds that you could push together. There was a TV with remote, small refrigerator, office desk and only a remote control for the heater. I did see a huge black bug crawling on my room floor the next morning. The hotel does have an outdoor swimming pool, free airport shuttle service, bar and restaurant for the morning breakfast. I had to leave very early so was not able to have breakfast. Other food orders are placed at the bar. I had to have the front lobby desk call someone to come to the bar, otherwise no one was manning the bar area. Their Greek lasagna was very good and very filling, highly recommend it. It is a few miles from central Thessaloniki. There is a gas station close by. The hotel main lobby area was very clean, and the staff were very pleasant. Nice short stay.

Die Prozessanforderungen entsprechen den Hyatt-Standards. Die Arbeit von Tai Tai ist noch ein internationaler hochwertiger Empfangsdienst. Keine Mängel! Und das befriedigendste ist der Transportdienst des Gibbs. Nicht nur die Tage vor der Ankunft, sondern auch die E-Mail gab der Empfänger eine Meeting Point-Karte und eine Schrittkarte, um den Transportdienst einfach und einfach zu machen und kostenlos zu sein, ist wirklich perfekt!!

Good points : - The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and kept us well informed whenever we had questions. - We were left to check out at 1 p.m. Negative points : - The location: it's literally a No Man's Land there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. - The swimming pool: we were told that there would be 2 swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors, however during the 5 days we were there the outdoor pool had a problem and was green they gave them took several days to completely empty it in the field next to the hotel and as many days to fill it using a small garden hose, when we asked if we could at least enjoy the indoor pool we were told that it was emptied during the summer and therefore during our stay we could not take advantage of the swimming pool once. - Cleanliness: leaves something to be desired, cleaning was only done once during our stay of 4 nights because we explicitly requested it (although every day we put ”clean the room” on our door). The joints of the bathroom were completely moldy, the terrace was filled with excrement of midges, the evacuation of the condensation of the air conditioning went directly to the terrace which made that when we used the air conditioning the terrace was flooded dirty water and prevented us from walking freely, the entrance door to the room (213) was completely smashed. - Breakfast: we could not book the room without breakfast unfortunately because there was no choice it even happened to us not to take it at the hotel even if it was paid. The value for money leaves something to be desired given the inconveniences but the 2 receptionists who did our check-in and our check-out were very friendly

Obwohl das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist, ist es leicht zu finden. Es gibt Geschäfte, eine Apotheke und einen Supermarkt in 8 Gehminuten Entfernung, um alle Bedürfnisse kleiner Kinder zu erfüllen. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Schwimmbad ist sehr gut. Wir waren schon vor sechs Jahren in diesem Hotel, daher war es schön, hierher zurückzukehren. Der einzige Nachteil, das Frühstück hatte keine so gute Auswahl an frischem Obst oder Joghurt. Obwohl ich griechischen Joghurt liebe. Auf der Rückseite des Hotels in der Nähe unseres Zimmers hatte das Personal große zerbrochene Möbel oder Teppiche vor dem Flurfenster abgeladen. Außerdem öffneten der Swimmingpool und der Bereich um 10 Uhr morgens, aber mit dem Aufräumen der Betten und dem Schneiden wurde erst um 10 Uhr begonnen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel ausgezeichnet und sollte von jedem genutzt werden, der hier vorbeikommt.
