Das Royal Hotel ist eindeutig ein Sternehotel. Es liegt etwas abseits auf einem Hügel und ist ohne Auto eher schwer zu erreichen. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr schön, stilvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Es gab auch einen großen Balkon. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt und sehr hilfsbereit. Service wird generell sehr groß geschrieben !Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen Pool mit Bar. Handtücher und Wasser werden zur Verfügung gestellt und es gibt sogar einen Lifeguard. Das Frühstück war toll, nicht riesig, aber gute Auswahl. Am Abreisetag wurde uns auf Nachfrage eine Frühstücksbox für den Weg zusammengestellt, da wir sehr früh aufbrechen mussten.

I recently stayed at the Sun Beach Hotel in Agia Triada with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter, and our experience was quite mixed. Rooms and Amenities: The hotel is housed in an old building, and it shows in the condition of the rooms and furniture. The room we stayed in had outdated and worn-out furniture, including a very old and dusty carpet. The curtains were also dusty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The balcony was concerning as the fence moved with every touch, making it feel unsafe. There was no kettle in the room, which I found to be an inconvenience. A small fridge was provided in the room, tucked inside a piece of furniture. While it was handy to have, the fridge was quite noisy, and the constant hum made it difficult to sleep properly. One particularly unsettling aspect of our room was the door in the middle that connected to the adjacent room. It seemed to offer little soundproofing, as we could clearly hear the conversations of the people next door. This was especially unnerving at night, and it made us feel less secure and disturbed our sleep. The beds were okay, with one separate bed and two twin beds, and the mattresses were decent. However, the central air conditioning system was not functioning properly, causing issues in the hallway and at the reception area. Key Card and Door Issues: When we arrived, the key card for our room didn’t work, so we were given a regular key instead. Unfortunately, the door was extremely difficult to open, even showing marks from previous struggles to push it open. This added unnecessary frustration to our stay and made entering our room a hassle. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The hotel operates a policy of changing towels only upon request, which is environmentally friendly and reduces excessive detergent use, so I appreciated that aspect. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The pool was overcrowded, and it was clear that hygiene standards were not being enforced. I observed people with visible fungal infections on their nails being allowed into the pool, which was quite disturbing. Despite the pool area looking nice at first glance, this lack of care for hygiene was a major drawback. Service: The service at the reception was another low point of my stay. We had express check-in, but the staff did not respect the check-in hours of 14:00, nor did they honor the express check-in service. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful, which left a bad impression right at the start of my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, with a buffet offering a variety of options that could cater to most tastes. However, a significant inconvenience was the lack of ingredient labels on the buffet items. This was particularly problematic for my daughter, who has dietary restrictions. It made navigating the buffet more challenging, and I would strongly recommend the hotel address this issue for the sake of guests with food allergies or special dietary needs. Bathroom: The

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, um am nächsten Morgen ein Flugzeug zu fangen. Das Personal war hilfreich. Sie halfen uns, eine leckere Abendessenslieferung zu bestellen, da es nicht anscheinend Restaurants in leichter Reichweite zu haben, es sei denn Sie haben ein Auto oder rufen Sie ein Taxi. Die Lage war sehr gut für den Flughafen, und die Aussicht auf unseren Balkon war angenehmen Landschaft. Sie bieten uns kostenfreie Transport zum Flughafen. Da wir früh am Morgen verließen, konnte ich nicht auf ihr Frühstück kommentieren. Aber es gibt Türkische Freude auf dem Country als Behandlung für Kunden.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially from the owner who refused to give us his name, very rude and sarcastic too. They left our family with two young kids of 2 and 4 year old waiting at the airport for OVER AN HOUR. When we booked we stated the time we will be needing a pick up, and on arrival after we collected our belongings we called the place just to be told 30’ delay. After three phone calls and an 90 min WAITING ON THE ROAD with very tired kids we got picked up AT 1AM there was ONLY ONE STAFF for shuttle bus and reception, the owner was just hiding from any responsibility, the place was REVOLTING 🤢 breakfast NOT FRESH and a lady was using her hands to load the cold buffet. HYGIENE DOESNT EXIST. The whole place was covered in filth, and if it wasn’t emergency ,WE would had rather spend the night at the airport ! STAY AWAY FROM THAT SCUM !

Obwohl das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist, ist es leicht zu finden. Es gibt Geschäfte, eine Apotheke und einen Supermarkt in 8 Gehminuten Entfernung, um alle Bedürfnisse kleiner Kinder zu erfüllen. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Schwimmbad ist sehr gut. Wir waren schon vor sechs Jahren in diesem Hotel, daher war es schön, hierher zurückzukehren. Der einzige Nachteil, das Frühstück hatte keine so gute Auswahl an frischem Obst oder Joghurt. Obwohl ich griechischen Joghurt liebe. Auf der Rückseite des Hotels in der Nähe unseres Zimmers hatte das Personal große zerbrochene Möbel oder Teppiche vor dem Flurfenster abgeladen. Außerdem öffneten der Swimmingpool und der Bereich um 10 Uhr morgens, aber mit dem Aufräumen der Betten und dem Schneiden wurde erst um 10 Uhr begonnen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel ausgezeichnet und sollte von jedem genutzt werden, der hier vorbeikommt.

Central, close to tourist attractions and many diverse restaurants. The staff were efficient, helpful and pleasant. We had a single en suite room each which were perfect for a short stay. Everywhere inside was clean and we loved the well-supervised breakfast. It’s worth noting that it’s situated on a side street which is much quieter than the nearby main road…

Ein paar Meilen zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Thessaloniki entfernt, aber ein einfacher Spaziergang. Man kann draußen einen Parkplatz finden, aber der Verkehr ist verrückt und es kann ewig dauern, in die Stadt hinein und wieder hinaus zu kommen. Wenn man ins Zentrum von Thessaloniki geht, kommt man an dem vorbei, was das Einwanderungszentrum Griechenlands zu sein scheint, was ein bisschen einschüchternd sein kann, aber mir ging es gut. Die Rezeptionistin war fantastisch und hat mir ein kostenloses Upgrade für mein Zimmer gegeben. Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht, ich habe noch nie so schlechtes Essen gegessen, aber was erwartet man für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe? Ich würde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich Thessaloniki besuchen würde, aber wenn Sie nach Luxus oder irgendetwas ab 3* suchen, ist das hier nicht das Richtige 😂

Alle 5 sterne sind hir. Wen man ankommt haben wir das gefüll es ist ein schloss. Der emfang ist sehr warm und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Im Zimmer hatten wir alles was man braucht für das bad. Föhner und bügeleisen auch. Wir hatten sogar auch ein fehrnsehen im Spiegel im badezimmer. Das bed war super. Die Zimmermädchen kammen jeden morgen. Neue hand und bade tücher gab es auch. Bade mantel und hausschuhe. Das früchschtück war top und die bedienung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am abend gab es einen schönen Hoff wo man sich entschpanen kann und ein snack mit ein bier geniessen kann. Es giebt im hoff auch drei antike autos. Es wahr eine sehr gute erfahrung. Man kann es nur weiter emfehlen. Wir kommen wider und hoffen das ganze personal wieder zu finden. Ihr macht alles sehr gut macht weiter so.
