We arrived as a couple in the hotel, it’s a very beautiful hotel complex, there are many places to relax but if you want entertainment you‘ll have it too, the entertainment team is super, they made great shows every evening and activities during the day, don’t miss it! The food is nice too, the rooms are big and clean, the beach is nice too. We will come back again!

Philip from hotel managment totaly telling lie ! They gave me missing info about account number and monday and Tuesday did not reply my emails and phone calls! When I reach him , He guaranty rooms for us and when we are on the way to he canceled them ! I asked him for an alternative payment method, he said no need and ,100% we have reserved for us! ( due bank /national holiday in Turkey we could not make e-transfer .They are a frivolous company that does not keep its word, they do not deserve any positive comments! But we are lucky that we did not have to spend a holiday with a bad company like them! I will share this infamous situation with all online channels ! I have all relation with hotel by emails which I can proof all! Company managment canceled our booking on 30/06 which we were on the way to hotel and our check in date was 01/07/2023!!!!

Oteli görme şansımız olmadı çünkü bütün rezervasyonlarımız tamamken, defalarca aramamıza ve bize onay vermelerine rağmen, tatilden bir gün önce tek bir maille odalarımızı iptal ettiler. Tuttuğumuz 3 odayı, grup geldi diyerek iptal ettiler. Biz de tatile bir gün önce çıkmıştık, sabah yolda kahvaltı ederken maili gördük ve şok geçirdik. Telefon ettiğimizde, grup geldi verdim bana ne yapabilirim cevabını aldık. O sebeple asla mı asla bu otele güvenmeyin!!
