Einer der besten und luxuriösen Hotels in dieser Region. Obwohl etwas teuer für diese Region, ist der Preis sicherlich richtig für die Art von Aufenthalt wir erhalten. Zimmer sind ziemlich sauber und wow. Die Landschaft und die Rezeption sind künstlerisch geplant. Autoparkplatz ist absolut schön, obwohl es ein offenes ist. Restaurant ist nett und das Essen ist gut, nur dass die Kosten einiger Artikel nicht die Menge passen. Eine geringfügige Erhöhung der angebotenen Menge sollte die Dinge richtig stellen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und näher zu erreichen. Wir haben nämlich ein kleines Gadget verpasst, als wir auscheckten, nachdem wir sie gerufen, um es zu fragen, bestätigten sie, dass sie das gleiche gefunden haben und haben nach unserem Standort gepostet. I wish to express my disappointment with Quality Inn Viha Kumbakonam, which lacks hospitality. All this while, I did not face many issues here, but this time, it has gone over the board and did not meet my expectations at all. During check in, the lobby has no air conditioning (AC). This is extremely bad in any hotel. The members of the front office apparently did not know about the room I requested for, until they almost gave me another room. This is poor planning from the management side. There is only one member of staff who carried my bags, moved the extra bed and furnitures in the room and handling housekeeping etc. How is this professional? The worst is my breakfast experience in Annalakshmi. This restaurant has been one of the best in the city, but this status has collapsed. There is no buffet, but only a-la-carte, with no menu card to show the items which are available such as idly, dosa etc. How will I know what is available if there is no menu? Mentioning that dosa and idly is available is not the professional way in a hotel restaurant. Please find the attached images of the ‘buffet’. It looks pathetic. Why is cucumber labelled as salad? What is the meaning of salad? Cereal is present with no cereal bowls. How will the guest eat then? There are no pastries. The handwash area is not clean, no tissue paper and hand-dryer isn’t working. How will I have the confidence of choosing Quality Inn again if it is more of a budget hotel? I have had issues with the rooms during my previous stay, which was rectified. But this is completely unacceptable. I’m sorry to say this but I am downgrading this hotel to 2 Stars. I have found my alternative hotel which was recently opened, meeting all my expectations of a proper hotel.

Located a few steps from the entrance to the 1000 years old Chola Palace, the hotel is clean and its staff is friendly. The colours are held in dark blue which is fine in general but a bit awkward for the bathrooms. The restaurant is on the top floor. It has a terrace towards the lively main street below. No alcool served, but otherwise OK. The rooms, we stayed two nights, were clean and comfortable. However, the building is old and the door to our room was low and narrow. I hit my head a couple fo times. The old town with the palace is right opposite the hotel, and the Brihadisvara temple is in walking distance, about 2 km.

Wir besuchten dieses Gebäude nachdem vor 20 Jahren da war. Noch ein Fab-Eigentum. Personal außergewöhnlich. Ort braucht viele Reparaturen und ich bin sicher, sie sind da. Das einzige, was wir sehr beunruhigt waren, war - über unsere Fahrer Unterkunft und Essen. Eine DRT-Führerschaft liefert NACH Essen oder gar keine Tasse Tee. Die Unterkunft hatte ernste Probleme mit Moskitos, so dass unser Fahrer im Auto schlief. Die Lage der Unterkunft war von den Geschäften und anderen Unterkünften entfernt, so dass wir einen Kaffee haben, mussten unsere Fahrer eine gerechte Entfernung fahren. Ich habe das auf die ***Agement in der Mitte unseres Aufenthalts - natürlich war die Antwort, wir werden es tun, Sir - aber absolut nichts passiert. Wir planen wieder zurück zu sein, wie wir den Ort mögen. Aber wenn das nicht verbessert wird, werden wir rezitiert nach Alternativen suchen.

Pros: area is very close to bus stand, eateries and tanjore big temple. Room is neat and clean. A/c was functioning. Room is big. Cons: overall building is new. Still 3rd floor is being built, we were in that floor, could see cement and bricks lying opposite to our room, workers were working there. Room had ants, mosquitoes and lizards. Damp walls around bathroom. Single bed in the triple room was a fold-able one, it was not comfortable. Only one fan in the room which was above the queen bed.

Superb Hotel , schönes Zimmer , Umgebung war erstaunlich , direkt von der Rezeption und während des Aufenthalts machte das Hotelpersonal unser Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Hotel war schön Außen- und Innenraum. Ich fühlte mich, dass ich in meinem eigenen Platz verbleibt. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben. Ein besonderer Hinweis an Mr.Sanjiv 🧓 (Vordertafel) er hat sich immer geholfen, wenn ich im Hotel gecheckt habe. Er ist so ödmjuk *** und hat mir während des Aufenthalts viel geholfen, die Stadt zu erkunden und von meiner ersten Zeit in SANGAM bis jetzt Herr Sanjiv war wirklich hilfreich und mit so einer Erleichterung und Ruhe machte er alles, was nötig war. Er ist immer bereit, zu helfen und einen großen Lächeln zu bieten. Jedes Mitglied aus dem Restaurant ist extrem gut im Service. Ich bin sehr dankbar für meinen Aufenthalt erinnert.
