Hotel Manet

first class location, pool with a view. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is possibly the best I've in a hotel specifically choice and quality. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Its a easy walk into Moraira (c. 20 mins). We would stay again.

Average food. Extremely rude waitress. My friend is learning Spanish and was trying to use Spanish. The waitress rolled her eyes and said just use English, really meanly, embarrassing my friend and was just really uncalled for. Order was wrong too, I'd recommend to avoid.

We have once again had a wonderful stay at The Manet. The well appointed rooms are lovely with sea/pool views from the balcony. It’s fantastic to have the pool a few footsteps from our room with the beautiful beach a few footsteps on again. Breakfast is a delight with meats, cheese, fruit, croissants and cooked breakfast (love the omelettes!) if wanted. All the staff are so attentive and helpful and big shout out to Fellie - our breakfast angel! Thank you also to the lovely Janna, Mikah, Marcus and Gabe and of course Mari. Our second visit waited 3 years due to pandemic.Delighted to be back and the hotel location is perfect as are all the staff.Have already booked to go back next year.Have read that most reviews favourable,few not.The adverse reviews obviously went to a different hotel to us.Best staff we have ever had,food excellent as was the service.Small hotel and management always in control.Noticed few people said restaurant service slow,weekends the restaurant has so many people waiting so shows it’s popularity.

This is a family run hotel in a picturesque position at the edge of Portet Beach. Although we had the most dreadful weather known to the Spanish we were made to feel so welcome on our arrival and the most wonderful breakfasts served every morning by their delightful staff. There are lots of facilities, pool, outside eating, terraces and bar with access to the Sandy beach which unfortunately, because of the terrible weather, we were unable to use. We will definitely return, hopefully in better weather.

Having just returned home after staying 7 days at Hotel Manet, during the worst spell of weather imaginable (it rained every single day) just a short note to say 'Thankyou'. The entire staff put themselves out to make our stay as pleasurable as possible - they were brilliant. The Hotel is situated in what must be the most beautiful position on the coast, just a few steps from the beach. Despite the weather we will be returning as soon as we can - hopefully September.

Our first time staying at the Manet having wanted to do so since it opened. We weren’t disappointed. The location in itself is spectacular, with fabulous views over the bay at El Portet. The room wasn’t particularly large but big enough to be comfortable with a nice terrace overlooking the bay. There was a fridge in the room with bottled water provided, as well as a coffee machine that was replenished daily. Breakfast was superb and served at the table, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, pastries and a cooked breakfast if you wanted. The pool was fantastic and we were fortunate enough to use it as the weather was very kind. We can’t comment on the restaurant as we visited in October, therefore it wasn’t open daily. We expected this though, in spring and summer this would not be an issue. The hotel staff were also wonderful and extremely friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Parking is available free, which is crucial as El Portet is getting more and more difficult to park. We will be visiting again next year, fingers crossed and can’t wait.
