my experience is based on 5 months as a regular guest, I didn't want to be interested in the lack of hygiene and the worst service you can ever have in a tourist place. I thought it was normal somehow when you look deep at the unprofessionalism of the staff and how they respond to whatever order or just a reception in such a rude way, [except two waiters Omar and Brahim] I wanted to focus on the beautiful part,the building itself,and enjoy relaxing moments with some beers. but when a waiter like [Arafa] decides to pour my beer in the ashtray cause I am asking him for a bit of water in the ashtray to prevent the ashes from flying into the air, when I ask why you do this!? his answer: it's just a beer! I asked this waiter another day, if possible to put on a specific song, and his answer was: put your earplugs and hear whatever you want! but he can put whatever he wants! I am confused about who is the guest here! Another day like always, taking away a bottle of beer before even finishing, and I put my hand on it, deciding to argue with him about why he has taken it ?! I asked him are you angry with me? his answer was by opening another bottle of beer for me without asking for it! nice marketing![Soufian] another waiter I was surprised by his truly rude childish behavior toward me while having a very nice evening, I didn't want to send a reclamation to the owner but, the next time I went there the bodyguard at the door told me: there is something is said about you! so now please be nice! I asked him: can you tell me what? what wrong did I do? did I disturb anyone? am I not allowed in? he said: you are allowed!! but be nice, please. but my other questions have no answers!! Is this a provocation? [you can expect the waiter wanted to do it in reverse against me even though he ruin my evening and I was nice to him, and the owner wanted my money but they don't have a prouve against me, but someone is saying something ''Soufian''] another point very important is the discrimination against Moroccan guests they can't have a beer on the terrace! I know the owner by face and I am sure she had eyes to see what I am seeing too, I know this field has a lot of problems but a couple of old fishes make the whole box stinky. Das Hotel ist in einem herrlichen alten Gebäude, aber total neu renoviert. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich, modern eingerichtet, haben einen kleinen Balkon und eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Rif-Berge. Mein Doppelzimmer ist geräumig, hat einen Schreibtisch, genügend Steckdosen, Kühlschrank, zentrale AC, Wi-Fi. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön mit Dusche, alles vorhanden, auch ein Föhn. Die Betten sind gut, Ablagefläche für Gepäck, Schrank mit Bügeln und ein großer TV mit tausenden Kanälen. Man muss etwas suchen, findet dann aber auch etwas deutschsprachiges. Das Restaurant ist im ersten Stock und nur für Gäste, das Frühstück war gut. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein öffentlich zugängliches Café. Die Straße ist verkehrsreich, man kann am Straßenrand parken, für das Hotel sind drei Plätze vorgesehen, kostenlos, Hilfe beim Einparken wird gegeben. Einzig die Männer an der Rezeption fand ich ein wenig muffig. Die Altstadt ist in kurzem Fußmarsch zu erreichen.

My partner is Moroccan and I am Mexican-American, we are not married. We just spent 35 days in Morocco and traveled to 9 different cities and stay together in all but 1 of them. We are aware that unmarried couples are not allowed to stay in the same room at some hotels/riads, if at least one is Moroccan. So we made sure to always book at places we called beforehand to check with and make sure we were able to stay together. We called this place and they said no. We were going to find a new place to stay but THEY CALLED US back and said we were welcome. We arrived at check in time, and we were not allowed to stay in the same room. The same person my partner spoke with was there, she claimed he misunderstood when she said we were welcome. He is Moroccan, he speaks the language and there is no way he misunderstood. Also, why would they call us back just to say we are not welcome? She wanted us to book a second room. This would’ve been fine if we chose this place under the impression that we needed two rooms and we were okay with that. This was not the case. Once I called *******, she DENIED the refund! Claiming it is in their policy that they can deny service to unmarried couples. We know this law, this is why we called! These people were terrible! Tricking us into booking with them so that they could later make us get a second room or simply keep our money without providing the service. We had to walk for 6 hrs, with our luggage, to find a new place for us to stay! Just Terrible! This reservation was non-refundable (if I canceled or didn’t show up), and I was comfortable with that since we called to check and we were told we were welcome. When they turned us away, I requested a refund and the receptionist proceeded to tell me that she could not give me a refund because I booked through *******.com, but that I could

Ich verbrachte 5 Nächte in diesem schönen Hotel letzte December-2022.I kann es sehr stark empfehlen.Das Hotel befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage in Fußabstand von vielen der Sehenswürdigkeiten.Das Zimmer, das ich gegeben habe, war groß und sehr sauber und täglich bedient.Ich möchte das Personal erwähnen wer wirklich mein Aufenthalt ein erinnerelicher one-Hamza,Mohammed und Nisterine gemacht,und im Essensraum Abila und Mohammed.Das Essen hier war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück jeden Morgen wirklich bereitet mich für den nächsten Tag.Das Personal war, was wirklich mein Aufenthalt so angenehm wie Sie waren immer zur Verfügung, um Hilfe und Beratung zu bieten.Dank Mohammed für seine Hilfe mit meinem Gepäck am Morgen war ich weg und für die Suche nach einem Taxi zum Busbahnhof ....Dieser Ort ist ausgezeichnet und ich bin froh, es zu geben 10 von 10.

Das Hotel ist jenseits Ihrer Vorstellungskraft! Die Hardware ist sehr gut. Sie kann das Gefühl eines Palastes in der Nacht einfangen, aber aufgrund des Windes und des Regens wird eine so gute Einrichtung verschwendet. Aber der Service ist wirklich gut. Erstens sehen die Mitarbeiter hier sehr gut aus. Sie unterscheiden sich grundlegend von denen mit dunklen und kurzen Gesichtern, die man draußen sieht. Von der Eingangssicherheit spüren Sie eine andere Aura! Die Leute an der Rezeption sind ausgezeichnet, von der Größe bis zum Reden, welches Land sie sehen. Sogar eine Putztante, ich dachte ich hätte eine alte Tante, aber sie ist eigentlich eine jüngere Schwester und sehr schön! Ich habe ein Foto von ihr gemacht und sie posieren sofort für mich. Kurz gesagt, mein Eindruck von den Arabern hat sich sehr verbessert! Zweitens ist der Service recht gut. Wir sind in der Nebensaison und haben fast keine Gäste. Vielleicht gibt es in der Hochsaison keine solche Behandlung. In der Tat genossen den angesehenen Service! Ich war am ersten Tag hier, es war windig und regnerisch und ich wollte nicht zum Abendessen ausgehen. Das Leben in einem so breiten Hotel bei so einem Wetter ohne Gäste ist anfällig für Unsicherheit. Also rief ich den Zimmerservice an und dachte, dass es der Typ war, der Ihnen einen Teller gab und dann die Leute blitzte. Infolgedessen kamen zwei gutaussehende Männer und zeigten uns den gesamten Esstisch, den Sie in der ersten Klasse des Flugzeugs genossen haben. Schau uns verblüfft an! Ich habe hier die nächsten Tage zu Abend gegessen und die westlichen und marokkanischen Gerichte waren sehr lecker! Der Taji-Topf, der von allen Angreifern gescholten wurde, die Meeresfrüchte, die wir bestellt hatten, waren sehr lecker! Während meines Aufenthalts hatte ich zufällig Geburtstag und mein Mann sagte es der Rezeption. Also half er uns, den Raum einzurichten und den Kuchen zuzubereiten. Überraschungen immer wieder! Dieses Hotel kann im Sommer sehr teuer sein. Wir bleiben jetzt und der Preis ist nicht schlecht. Ich hoffe das nächste Mal zu bleiben!
