Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Sheraton, so viel, dass wir innerhalb desselben Monats zurückgekehrt! Zuerst können Sie kein perfekter gelegenes Hotel in Laval finden. Die Lobby-Zone wurde kürzlich renoviert, mit einem Kaffeebereich mit Kaffee und lokalen Produkten. Das Restaurant war uns etwas enttäuscht, als wir am Morgen zu besuchen versuchten und niemand scheint uns zu servieren. Allerdings war das Front Desk Personal unglaublich hilfreich und nett. Wir reservierten die Residential Suite, die auf einem neu renovierten Stock war. Die Einrichtungen waren spotless, wunderschönes Zimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen könnten. Die Dusche war fantastisch und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Die Küchenbereiche hatten einen Tisch, und sie gaben unserem Baby einen hohen Stuhl, als wir es beantragten. Nach unserem schrecklichen Erfahrungsverlauf im Restaurant bei unserem ersten Besuch bestellten wir das Zimmerservice zum nächsten Mal für das Frühstück.Der Preis ist für die Qualität der Lebensmittel verärgert und ich würde es nicht empfehlen. Der Poolbereich ist neu renoviert und absolut wunderschön. Es gibt eine Heizungsstube, eine trockene und eine sauna und einen perfekten erwärmten Pool in entspannender Umgebung. Wir genossen unsere beiden Aufenthalte und werden sicherlich wieder besuchen.

Vorübergehend gebuchtes Zimmer, erhalten Sie bald eine Bestätigung. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, gegenüber dem größten Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Werde beim nächsten Mal wieder übernachten.

Sehr nahe der U-Bahn-Station, das Zimmer verfügt über ausgezeichnete Soundproofing und schöne Aussicht. Insgesamt ist es fantastisch.

Wasser aus dem Duschekopf ist sehr schwach notwendig, um es zu reparieren oder zu ändern.

Der Preis ist angemessen, in der Nähe der Autobahn, günstige Lage, geeignet für Selbstfahrer, einfaches Frühstück und Geschäftsplätze in der Umgebung, praktisch zum Essen. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein Aufzug. Es ist ein langer Weg nach Montreal.

We booked this hotel through Expedia. When we got there, the room that we booked was not available, even though we booked it a week in advance, and the website confirmed the reservation. When we entered into the room provided for us, we saw it was one bed and a small couch, which was not what we had reserved. When we went back to the front desk to ask for our reserved room, there was already another guest yelling at the man, demanding a receipt for the charges for the room that she did not receive. We explained the situation about the incorrect room to the man at the front desk, but he explained that the room was not available. We explained that we needed this room because we were a family staying together, but he (his name was Julian and he represented himself as the supervisor) refused. Because we overheard the other guest yelling at the other man at the front desk, we asked Julian to print the receipt confirming that they did not have the room. He provided us with one, and when we said that we did not want to stay because this was not the room we booked, he advised us to have Expedia call the hotel to refund us for our hotel charges. They assured us that we would not be charged. We never stayed in the hotel or any of the rooms, but they charged us for the nights. We had Expedia reach out to them, but they refused to refund any of the charges, saying it was ”nonrefundable,” even though they did not uphold their end of the contract. Expedia said they reached to their manager, a woman named Lisa, who again, repeated that it was nonrefundable and refused to assist them. Expedia sent them an email, explaining the situation, but they again, refused. They never apologized or tried to make it right. While there, we also saw another guest complaining that he kept receiving the wrong set of keys for his room, and so, could not enter the room. This was all within the span of 30 minutes. I have stayed in multiple hotels all over the country and this is by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
