Don't know where to start. We walked in the door and said we had six rooms booked. The guy behind reception said "No five". I got my key and went to my room and found the toilet didn't flush and the bathroom smelled. I went back down to reception and asked for the room to be changed. The same guy behind said that it was not possible as there were no more single rooms and that I would have to wait for it to be cleaned again. I asked if he could put me in a double and he said no, that I would have pay more. I said that if that was the case I would find another hotel and he said "fine ok". While I was searching for another hotel he disappeared then came back and said, "yes the toilet is broken, our bad" we will put you in another room. Then said abruptly "come get your key". When I got to the new room I found the electric socket hanging off the wall (see photo). Also, the shower curtain was grubby and dirty around the bottom of the curtain. On checkout the guys at the reception were watching Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines video on a phone. No greeting or asking how my stay was, just said "who is paying"! Shame, because this hotel could be great! Just needs the right staff with the right professional work ethic. I hope the owner fires the guys on reception and get someone in who cares about customer service. This is the longest review I have written and I have stayed at a lot of hotels.
