Upon arrival, hotel had no available rooms even with a confirmed and paid reservation. Their staff recorded the reservation for three days after the requested date... They offered a room on nearby hotel for the same price even though it was a lower quality hotel. The hotel is quite nice, however their booking system & process needs work and real customer care skills.

Came for a couple days and was quite surprised with the experience. This is a beautiful oasis hidden behind the main streets and 15 minutes from Tepoztlán. There is plenty of open space with grass, ponds, and nature. The room was ample and open and the bathroom and shower were also spacious. The only concern is the cold humidity in room makes sheets feel damp, should keep you the airflow on to prevent. A lot of natural light in the bottom unit we stayed in. The pool and dining area are also nice. The pool is heated and lit at night. Plenty of towels and seating around the pool with hammocks off to the side. The bar is next to it for convenience. The food is decent but nothing special as they probably only serve a few tables a day. There is a good variety on the menu but anything too intricate (like salmon or steak) may disappoint. The chilaquiles, fruit, breads, eggs and some meat are good. There is enough parking for guests but may get tight. Staff was very amicable and service was great albeit a little slow due to staff shortages. The overall capacity is 15 rooms which makes this a quiet and intimate stay. The gym equipment is fairly new and a good enough space for lifting.

El hotel, está muy bonito. Las instalaciones son excelentes. La cama está muy cómoda y el cuarto muy amplio. La atención fue excelente. El único detalle fue que la alberca estaba un poco sucia, había muchas abejas muertas y hojas en la alberca.

Baño demasiado pequeño sin espacios para acomodar cosas, poca presión de agua, horario de restaurant muy limitado

Nos costó trabajo llegar al hotel, ya que nosotros hicimos la reserva en "Casa de los artistas" y el hotel acababa de cambiar el nombre a "Alilo"

Muy bonita la propiedad, pero el servicio malísimo y los alimentos y bebidad pésimos y carísimos. Nada que ver el costo (alto) para lo que es. Cuidado, mejor busquen otras opciones.

Hermosas instalaciones, el personal es muy amable, nos guiaron para llegar y la comida estuvo buena. Tal vez no recomiendo pedir bebidas alcohólicas porque tienen el precio al doble. Pero de resto muy hermoso todo

Todo bien, solamente que en el baño no sale agua en el lavabo y la regadera no tiene presión.
