Simply beautiful. Expect rural tranquility, designed interiors and edited gardening. Friendly, genuine staff. Restaurant that packs a punch with local specialties at reasonable prices. Difficult to decide what not to choose. If this was the UK it would be the Cotswolds at a premium and the Beckhams would be at the next table. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay in the countryside.

My husband and I travel frequently and have now put this hotel on our list of “top 3” hotel stays in Europe!! The location of La Dehesa De Don Pedro invites tranquillity with its absolutely stunning decor and charming atmosphere both within the landscape, as well as thorough out the entire enclosure of the hotel. Our host (Jon Pierre) greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and he showed us around the property and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. He ensured that our stay was wonderful and personally took care of my special dietary needs for each of our DELICIOUS meals. The chef prepared an exquisite 3 course meal, and the breakfast was equally delicious and plentiful! Our room had the most beautiful views, especially at sunset…when we opened the window to the view, it was magical with the watercolor shades at sunset against the lavender garden! The room was impeccably decorated and had the most comfortable bed and included exceptional linens! Amenities included free parking, wifi, toiletries, multiple sitting areas inside and outside, an absolutely gorgeous pool overlooking a breath taking view of the countryside and mountains…with a bar area at the pool, including a gym to workout. The staff were all professional and friendly, too! I simply cannot say enough about this special hotel, and I encourage anyone looking for a place of beauty with incredible service to choose La Dehesa De Don Pedro!!
