Great location Great location. Nice pool. Joel was very prompt with communication. Clean place. A few light bulbs needed replacing but other than that, the place was great.

Rental was exactly as advertised. Impressed with cleanliness and convenient location for exploring. Pool was refreshing. Joel and Kelly were communicative and responsive. They went above and beyond with being helpful. Highly recommend this rental to others!

Great stay! We enjoyed our stay in Tempe at the condo. It was near Tempe Marketplace for great shopping and restaurants. We also used the hot tub that was near the condo. Owners were very responsive! We would definitely come back again.

Location location location Tempe is not necessarily a walking town. So we rented a couple of bikes for the week and were able to do everything from this place. Coffee, concerts, cubs games, restaurants. There is a good "social hall" just down the street, coffee about 1 mile west, and the Cubs are only 1.5 miles away. The king bed is wonderfully comfortable, linens very nice, and a great place to relax.
