Stay at one of the best locations in town - in one of the best-remodeled condos in town! Bedding: King bed and double sleeper sofa Condo can be accessed via an elevator and by crossing a pedestrian bridge. Upon entering this second floor condo, you are welcomed into a cozy bedroom with a small entry area for coats and shoes. The bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. Past the bedroom, there is a tastefully done vanity area with under-the-counter lighting and plenty of space on the countertop. The enclosed bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Across from the bathroom is a stackable washer/dryer and a storage closet. Down the hall is a kitchenette area with high-end finishes. The kitchenette includes a bar sink, two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave/convection oven and toaster oven, and is fully stocked with dishes and limited cookware. Next to the kitchenette is the main living space, complete with a dining table and seating for three and a couch and relaxing area. The living room has a double sofa-sleeper, flatscreen TV and amazing views over the San Miguel River from the windows. Double-doors open to a deck that offers a seating area and the same amazing views. The Viking Lodge has charcoal grills and a common area laundry with coin-operated washers and dryers. No pets are permitted, per HOA rules. The Viking Lodge is just 200 yards from Lift #7 and the free in-town shuttle stops outside of the complex. Town Park, historic downtown Telluride and the grocery store are just a short walk away provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay. *Home Truths:* - As of June 23rd, 2025, the pool and spa are undergoing renovations and will be closed. Work is expected to be complete by the 2nd week of September. - 478 Square Feet - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm. - Please note that the building is undergoing roof repair in the summer of 2025. Work is expected to be complete by November 20th. Parking Details: One vehicle is allowed onsite. A parking pass must be visible at all times. If the lot becomes full, the local team will assist you with street parking options for one vehicle. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed sleeper sofa --- . This is a smoke-free property.. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
